Mercedes was absolutely amazing! From the moment I dropped off my dog, Shadow, I knew he was in loving and caring hands. She truly went above and beyond in every way possible. Throughout Shadow's stay, she sent me regular photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. She even gave him a bath, made homemade treats for him, and sent him home with a report card detailing how he did during his stay. As if that wasn't enough, she surprised me with a beautiful gift bag that included a framed photo of Shadow, and she even made a delicious dessert for me! It is clear that Mercedes genuinely loves what she does and treats every animal as if they were her own. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and Shadow was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Mercedes to anyone looking for an exceptional dog sitter or boarder. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you, Mercedes, for taking such wonderful care of Shadow!

Janet took care of Cyrus while I was away on my study abroad trip. I was so nervous; I had never left my dog with someone other than family for that length of time. I am glad I chose Janet! Patricia was absolutely amazing! She helped me out last minute and was incredibly flexible, even keeping him an extra day when I needed it. She stayed in constant communication the whole time, sending updates and making sure I knew he was doing well. My baby is very clingy, but she gave him so much attention and care, it was clear he was comfortable and well looked after. I’m so grateful for how reliable and thoughtful she was. Kathy did a great job taking care of my dog for the weekend. She kept him occupied with walks and pets and made sure he was comfortable. My dog is a bit nervous when he is away from mom and Kathy did a great job keeping him happy. I highly recommend Kathy. 5 stars!!!!!

This was my first time using Rover and I am quite impressed! Desiree took perfect care of our senior dog, Molly. She was even kind enough to carry Molly down her stairs for every potty break! Her daily updates were great and we learned a thing or 2 about Molly while we were away on our trip. We had no idea Molly was good with other dogs, until Desiree sent us an update about it. I HIGHLY recommend Desiree and I hope we get to use her again in the future. Thank you for being so good to Molly!

First time using someone to watch our 2 dogs besides family so was a little nervous but it went great! The dogs were well taken care of and Donelle provided updates and photos which was appreciated. Will book with her again.

Super flexible and great environment for the dog!

Danny took my dog as a last minute emergency request. He sent me pictures and videos of my dog having a blast and even gave her a bath when she got dirty. He treated her like a princess. I would highly recommend Danny!

This family was very accommodating. My puppy is very anxious but came home happy. They checked in with me as I was nervous about boarding her for the first time, and didn’t think that a kennel would be a good fit for her. Will be booking again.

Lynda & Mark welcomed our boys with open arms, they really took the time to understand each dog’s behavior and habits. For the first time ever I wasn’t worried about my babies, I just knew that they were being well cared for. I hope to book with Lynda & Mark in the near future.

I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to have my little GiGi stay with Christie and her family. I can tell GiGi misses playing with Christie's pups. Now that we are back home, she stares at me, trying to figure out how to get me to take her back to see Poppi and Daisy! She learned a lot from being in their home. Christie showed great kindness to GiGi and to me. I am still looking at the wonderful photos and videos Christie and her husband sent to me every day, marveling at how happy she was, socializing with their beautiful pups. I was very nervous leaving GiGi with anyone. GiGi is an extremely sensitive rescue dog, very fearful of hands, being picked up, and not trusting humans. GiGi came home and I could already see she had learned more about trust and playfulness. Christie adjusted her schedule to help me feel more comfortable about me going on my trip and leaving my pup with her. I highly recommend Christie to watch any beloved pet.
