Kristen was wonderful! She went above and beyond the tasks we gave her. She stayed with our kitties and was so considerate when she noticed that a critter got into our garbage bags. She did not have to clean the mess up but she did anyway. Being a first-time Rover user, Kristen put our minds at ease when we were so stressed out this past weekend. Laniece was a clear and consistent communicator. She watched my 2 cats for one day. One of my cats is *very* shy. I made it clear to her that I didn't expect her to even see the cats, just to do the chores, because I've had sitters who never set sights on him. Even so, she spent the time to coax both cats out and get them to spend some time with her. This is nothing short of a miracle, I have friends who have never seen him. I sincerely appreciated her commitment to my cats, her clear communication, and her availability on short notice. Will definitely book again.
Alysa did a great job with my two cats! They were happy and healthy when I returned and she even managed to make friends with my very anti-social cat.
