Alex was very friendly and quick to respond. He met me outside and helped me carry Ezra’s things. We stayed in touched throughout the day and things couldnt have gone any better. I’ll definitely be keeping Alex in mind un the future.

Kelsey watched our cat for a week while we were out of town. She was always on time, took great photos and took excellent care of “our boy.” An issue came up with our garage door opening on its own, and Kelsey quickly got in touch with us and manually closed the door. And she made sure our house was secure. She made us feel completely secure knowing our house and our cat were being taken care of. We would definitely use Kelsey’s services again.

Had a really great experience with Deidre. As a nervous cat mom, she put my mind at ease while I traveled and made sure my cat was well taken care of in my absence. Plan to use her moving forward on my trips if she’s available!

Ashley took great care of my cats, followed instructions, and sent pictures each day of their play time. One of my shy cats came out to play with her each day. Would book again!

Hannah cared our kitty Edison for 21 days while we were on vacation. Hannah is such a natural with cats and Edison got comfortable with her from day one. The regular photos and videos with Edison she shared with us made our vacation more fun and less worried. We will definitely ask for her help again next time.

Krystal was wonderful with my two senior cats who have a lot of medical issues. I gave her a lengthy list of our routine, preferences and requirements and she took them and broke them down into a beautifully organized list with my notes and notes she had taken when she did a pre visit to see what was needed. She was thoughtful and caring for my two guys. I came home and she left a note with some details on how things went and it was hard to tell that she was even here as she had cleaned my house. I haven’t had good experiences with sitters from Rover in the past but Krystal definitely stands out. I’m a worrier about my guys with their health issues but she put my mind at ease. When I met Melissa I knew my cats would be in good hands. She immediately played with and petted my interested cat when they first met. During her drop ins Melissa was prompt, completed all of the care tasks, and sent us updates with pictures of play time. I would highly recommend Melissa as a cat sitter.
