Dog Boarding in Normal

Melanie is the best! She is a great caretaker and shows dogs all the love they are missing while their owners are away! She was very observant of our dogs’ behavior and loved them dearly. She did an amazing job keeping us in the loop about how the dogs are doing and sent us photos of them every day. The dogs got a mini vacation of their own with her and lots of treats! We would definitely book with Melanie again :)

Peggy was wonderful to Hazel when I left her for a trip. Hazel felt comfortable enough to eat and sleep well on the first nights. Peggy was responsive and sent pictures frequently. I would book with her again.

I’m very happy with Amber and would absolutely love to rebook her next time. She shared frequent updates about Beanie, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Beanie was well cared for, and the communication throughout was excellent.

Sheila was amazing with updates and making sure my pups were happy! First time boarding them so it was nerve wracking but I would take them back any day!!

I was a little nervous because I had never boarded them before, but Justin was great and my boys were happy and healthy when I picked them up after a week. I am booking Justin now for my next time away.

Julianne was great! She took wonderful care of our dog. She updated us regularly with how he was doing. This was much appreciated as it’s the first time we had left him with a non-family person and weren’t sure how he would do.

Justin and Sara took superb care of my young beagle who had a great time at their house. All was excellent: great family, great house, great communication, great care. Highly recommended with no reservations. My dog had such a great time there, and I know she'll enjoy returning for a visiting in the future again.

Amy did a great job taking care of our dog and I would highly recommend her. She sent updates and pictures throughout and made sure he got plenty of exercise. It was our first time leaving our dog overnight and we felt like he was in trusted hands with Amy.

Our puppy (5 months) had a great experience with Kat and her two dogs. He enjoyed the socialization and playing in the yard. He came home happy and healthy. I was worried he may have some behavior issues after being in a different home a few days, but he has been great and settling in at home again. Thank you Kat!

Scout stayed with Chris and Erika for four nights and five days, and we couldn’t have asked for a better pair to take care of Scout! They treated him like their own, embracing all his quirks, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We loved getting daily updates, and it was clear he was having a great time. He even made a new furry friend, Kenzie! We’re so grateful for the care and love they showed him and would absolutely book with them again.

Rae and David took such good care of my lab Willow. This was my first time using Rover and they went out of their way to ensure I knew Willow would be well cared for and given lots of love and attention so I could rest easy on my vacation. They sent me updates and photos while I was gone too. As a bonus, Willow had a blast playing with their adorable dog, Winston! I highly recommend Rae and David for taking care of your pup(s)!
