Kathryn was fabulous! I have a skittish, senior cat who is very antisocial with strangers. Despite this, I got pictures from Kathryn of my cat during her visits! A testament to her calm demeanor for sure. I appreciated her communication and timeliness greatly.
I have now had two great experiences with Stefanie! She checked in on my cat daily and went above and beyond to make sure she was well cared for. I always received updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Kimber can be a little shy with new people, but she warmed up quickly—which says a lot! Jazz was so very awesome. This was the first time we used Rover and she was a definite awesome choice for our cats. We had a video call before to discuss everything and make sure we both knew what was to be expected. I got a text and photos and video of her visit with the cats, so my mind was more at ease.
