Sarah was awesome! My dog is a little stubborn and timid, but she patient with her! Always on time and I’m thankful she has so much experience to help with my fur baby!

Doug was extremely helpful and flexible on short notice. He took notes and listened to all instructions. He did everything that was asked and more. He was on top of communication and made sure to send updates. I would highly recommend him to others and will be utilizing him in the future ourselves. Thank you Doug!

Carolyn was amazing! She went above and beyond, even taking thoughtful steps such as taking my trash can out for trash day despite me not requesting her to. She provided great photos and updates on my cats that really helped me to feel assured that they were in good hands while I was away. She even took the time to try and get my boys to come out of their shells a little! Would definitely recommend!!

For the past two and a half years, my senior English bully - Daisy - has looked forward to Brian’s daily visits. Brian is such a remarkable Rover find — always reliable, and goes the extra mile to care for Daisy. I’ve always felt safe while at work knowing that Daisy will get her visit and be taken care of during the day with Brian’s visit. He’s very cognizant of Daisy’s health issues and needs. On days when her hips are extra bothersome to her, he was gracious enough to carry all 50 lbs of her up and down three flights of stairs. I’ve also come to look forward to the daily fun and cute photos of my Daisy from him with the funny blurbs of what they’ve been up to during the visit. Brian has also been so flexible with weekend schedule visits. If Daisy and I didn’t need to move further away, I would have kept the daily visits with Brian. Although having said that, Brian is still willing to accommodate some visits when needed despite the distance. Always so gracious on top of being such a compassionate person who truly deeply cares for my Daisy. I highly recommend him, and whoever hires him is extremely lucky to get the kind of attention and loving care he gives to your furry babies. Thank you so much, Brian! Thank you for being part of our family these past two and a half years! You are (p)awesome

Jacob is magnificent! He is gentle and kind with our boys. He’s particularly helpful with our old Labrador Alex. He is 15 and has lots of mobility issues. He always keeps us updated with pictures promptly after each visit. He also follows our instructions to the T. Jacob is a true gentleman.

We found Heather last minute when we were going to be out of town and did not have our usual in laws available to cat sit for us. Callie loved her! She was responsive, polite, on time, and clean. She followed Callie’s instructions perfectly since our old girl needs different medications morning and night. We are so grateful she took us on last minute. We will definitely reach out in the future when we need help again.

Zoe, who is older and recently had a neurological episode, requires very careful handling — especially with stairs and balance. What truly sets Kirstin apart is her communication. She updated me regularly, sent photos, and asked thoughtful questions when needed. I always knew my dogs were in excellent hands. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are exceptional. Caring for a senior dog and a small, active dog at the same time is not easy — yet Kirstin handled everything flawlessly and with a loving heart. My pups are on the anxious/overly excited side and I was worried about finding someone who would be understanding of that. I was also worried that having someone drop in would be more stressful than going a few extra hours before a potty break.. But Mary did a wonderful job, and I could tell that my dogs were genuinely enjoying the time they were having in her photos!!

She expertly handled my semi reactive puppy and he adored her! Made me question if he is even reactive at all..you could tell he felt safe with her instantly. She was not phased with him at all- highly recommend!
