Kaitlyn was so friendly and kind with our dog! She even came to meet us/him before caring for him! She sent us pictures and texts to update us on how things were going. She was understanding with me when I was unsure about using the Rover app, and connected with me personally. She is reliable, convenient and gave our dog the best care.
