Shannon was nothing short of amazing! This was our first time using Rover. Shannon meet us before our trip, walked through the process, and introduced herself to our dog Penny. She assured Penny would be taken care of and boy was she. We were updated everyday with updates/ pictures. It was wonderful being able to enjoy our vacation knowing everything was taken care of. Jade was so good with my little girl, Zoey. I’ve never left her before, so was so nervous. But Jade kept me updated and sent pictures of Zoey thru the trip including Zoey napping on her lap I had a great time on my trip without worrying. Thanks Jade!
Bryce did a great job of taking care of my babies while I was out of town. He took them on many walks and hikes. He also kept me updated through pictures and texts. I have 1 pup that doesn’t eat much when I’m gone but he added sweet potato to her meals and she ate🎉
