Dog Boarding in Preston Heights

Tami was amazing...1st time my mother left her dog with anyone and she sent us updates and pictures the whole time...if I could give 10 stars, I would! We will definitely be using again.

Karen took great care of Whiskey, and wore him out playing, which was GREAT! She sent us pictures and video to put our minds at ease, as this was the first time we had used a pet sitter or Rover. He had a ton of fun and can’t wait to go back! Karen and her husband truly treated him as their own. Highly recommended. And the huge fenced yard is a total plus!

Enas was great. We definitely will be using her again. She was polite and sky loved her . In the beginning, sky was a little feisty, but she knew just what to do to get him adjusted. Thank you so much, Enas

Kristen did an amazing job! She and her family understand dogs and took great care of our 70lb lab mix over a holiday weekend. She took him on walks, administered medications, and overall made him feel at home. Thank you!

Our Bella had a great time. Barbara was caring and kind. We got regular updates and photos on how her day was going. Great experience. We will definitely book again.

We can't thank Amy and her family enough for taking such good care of our doggos!! We have a high energy 2 yr old aussiedoodle and a 6 mo old puppy that have not stayed away from home before so initially we were nervous about leaving. Amy offered a meet and greet so our pups could get used to the house and family and that settled all our worries. Our puppy hadn't been around small children but Amy and Scott's kids were the perfect introduction, they were so easy going and gentle with the dogs! Their dog Simba was so friendly with our energetic pups. Their large fenced in yard was perfect and they even took time to walk our dogs. Amy always responded asap to any questions I had, sent us pictures and videos everyday and was always kind and considerate. I know our dogs were treated like family there, highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Kimberley is amazing!!!! She gave our big boy Charlie (90lbs GSD) so much love and attention! He warmed up to her right away. She was super friendly and flexible to communicate with, gave us constant updates and sent pics. Next time we need someone to take care of Charlie we will definitely check with her first if she's available.

Very few sitters near us provide boarding for both dogs and cats so we appreciate that La Toya was able to accommodate both our cat and dog. Our dog is apprehensive around strangers so it definitely helped that she had several dogs on the premises. We boarded our pets for a week and received videos/photos during the time they were boarded there. La Toya was able to care for our dog who can be difficult to handle and she did it without fear or hesitation. Would definitely book again.

It was our first time using Rover. Was very scared leaving our baby girl Maggie with someone we don’t know for 3 long weeks. Vanessa was God’ sent to us. She’s very kind and compassionate she and her daughters take good care of Maggie while we were thousands of miles away. Vanessa kept on sending photos of Maggie every single day which helped eased our worries. I highly recommend Vanessa, you can entrust the care of your precious ones with her. I will definitely use her services again. We had a very good experience. Thank you so much!!!!

BB took such great care of Leo, my 7-month-old pitbull. This was Leo’s first time away from my boyfriend and I since we rescued him from a shelter six weeks ago. He’s very much a puppy and going through all of the stages of chewing, testing people, and has lots of energy. BB was able to handle him and gave me some tips on how to curve some of his habits. She was very professional from scheduling the meet and greet and sending me photo updates. Being able to see and read that Leo was getting along well kept me at ease. After all, he is my pup. I know how he can be :)

I was nervous about boarding for the first time (mostly hoping my dog would behave) but this was the easiest experience! I 100% recommend booking Linda and we will be back!

Leslie is a good person and an awesome sitter. She took great care of our 2 furbabies —- Sent lots of cute pictures, walked them often, and made sure they didn’t feel too lonely by bringing them to her work. She is communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond by taking extra care of our little Maverick’s allergies! Will definitely ask her to take care of our dogs again.
