Dog Boarding in Richmond

Danielle was amazing with my 10 month old puppy and great with communication while I was out of town for over three days. I would not hesitate to book her again, and cannot think of anything I would have her do differently. Sh was very careful to be attentive to mine and Myron’s needs and wants. Excellent job, Danielle. Deanne was wonderful! Lucy came home content and not nearly as clingy as I was expecting (as she has been after we've left her for a few days in the past). I can tell she was really well taken care of, and we will definitely be taking her back in the future when we go on our next vacation!

Newman had another wonderful visit with Debbie and her family. We received daily updates and pictures. We know Newman is in great hands and taken so well care of.

Sabrina is amazing! We took our girl, Tesla, for an overnight stay and it went perfectly! We felt so comfortable leaving Tesla in Sabrina’s care. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Norma rocks. Last time we boarded with her, I flaked out TWICE! I drove off for our trip and forgot to give her the dogs' food, and I also accidentally booked their stay to end one day before we returned to town. She was glad to accommodate both silly mistakes, and - of course - took great care of the dogs. She's definitely our go-to Rover. Absolutely the best!

Emily and her family treated Molly like one of their own! They sent me many updates and pictures which helped me so much. Thank you Emily for taking such good care of our Molly!

Will and Melissa were great! Will was very friendly when meeting and taking in Sydney, and again later picking up Syd. Melissa was a fantastic communicator with lots of pics and even a video. They took Syd to a dog park and even swam in the lake! Today, a day later, Syd is still exhausted!

I feel so comfortable leaving Abby with Kim! Kim takes time to learn about Abby's food, treats, schedules,and habits. She provides a warm, caring environment in her home and a great fenced-in backyard. I also appreciate the updates Kim provides during the time away.

A big thank you to Stella and family for taking such great care of Ozzy and Norman! Ozzy is an anxious dog and they did a great job making him feel comfortable. The pictures they sent were very reassuring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for attentive dog care.

Amazing family! Joe and Shalyn gave our dog River the best vacation ever. They were very caring and attentive. And their two wonderful girls were the best at giving River all the cuddles and affection. Bonus, River got to play a lot and bond with their dog Sadie. It was a perfect set up that made River feel at home and have lots of fun. 🤩 She will definitely miss Sadie and the family, and will be looking forward to her next vacation with them.

Jessica took such great care of our dogs. Jessica was very communicative and sent lots of pics of our dogs having fun while we were away. I would definitely reach out to her first the next time we had to be out of town.

We recently welcomed a new puppy from the shelter into our home, and understandably, we were quite nervous about the challenges ahead, especially when it came to leaving our little one alone. That's when we found Kathleen, and she has truly been a blessing for our family. From the very first meeting, Kathleen was incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in understanding our puppy's unique personality and needs. She took the time to explain her training methods clearly and tailored her approach to suit our specific situation. Her patience and positive reinforcement techniques have made a noticeable difference in our puppy's behavior in just a few days. Not only did Kathleen help us feel more confident about leaving our puppy alone, but she also provided us with valuable tips and strategies to continue the training at home. Her supportive and encouraging demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Angela was absolutely outstanding with my pup Jared! I was initially worried on how my pup would handle being away from me as he can be a wild dog at times but Angela went above and beyond to provide Jared with the best care possible! She also provides regular updates, pictures and videos on how your pup is doing too which I greatly appreciated! I 100% recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Angela so much for your services! :)

June always takes good care of our pup, Knight, whether it's a week or only an overnight stay. I know Knight will be safe and happy while he's away from us.

I met with Tabitha, the pet sitter on a Sunday for our meet and greet. The following Wednesday, I dropped off Bear to be watched for the next 4 days. Tabitha updated me daily with pictures of Bear. Bear had a good time with her dogs playing and Tabitha caring for him. Will probably use her services again in the future.

This person is amazing took care of my dog and gave him a shower took time to train him gave him her food she is now my friend I really recommend her because she is profesional she is so good and loving that ur dog won’t miss u

Carolyn took great care of my dog who can be very needy while away from home. Carolyn gave her all the love and attention she needed which was so comforting for me while I was away. I was so glad I chose Carolyn as my pet sitter and I would highly recommend her!

This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Kim! I needed someone to watch my dog, Rex, at the very last minute, and Kim stepped up without hesitation. Rex struggles with pretty bad separation anxiety, so I was nervous about leaving him — but Kim’s calm, caring approach put both of us at ease. She kept me updated throughout the 3 days I was away, sent pictures, and made sure Rex felt safe and comfortable the whole time. It’s clear Kim has a real love for dogs, and her patience with Rex’s anxiety meant the world to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again the next time I need a sitter. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and kind!

Jacob and his dog Murphy were wonderful. Oliver had 2 overnights with them, plus a couple of other small dogs Jacob was sitting for. Oliver loved running in the back yard and playing with various dogs in the house. He was never bored. Jacob sent me pictures and videos of Oliver during his stay. I would definitely ask Jacob to watch Oliver if I ever needed to have him stay overnight for any period of time.
