House Sitting in River Grove

My bulldog LOVED Ray. Daisy has quite a cleaning and medicine routine and I was concerned that she would not be agreeable but Ray was able to bond with her immediately and create trust. I came home to a healthier dog due to Ray’s diligence with her meds and cleaning schedule. Daisy made a new friend in Ray and surely can’t wait for the next visit.

Diane was fantastic! She took excellent care of my two kittens, including one who needed meds three times a day. She sent me updates and photos and was great about communicating throughout my time away. She even made sure that my flight was not delayed before she left the kittens. When I got home, my apartment was very clean and my kittens were very happy and well-cared for! I would definitely have her take care of my kittens again!

Andrea was so patient and gentle with Griffin. My puppy really enjoyed spending time with her, she took him on many walks and played with him. Her space is really nice with a backyard too. I would book Andrea again to take care of my puppy!

Colleen was very communicative and took great care of our Dwayne. It’s great to know that our pup is receiving the same level of care he’d receive from us, especially because we have a dog that comes with some quirks. We could tell from the photos that Dwayne was so happy and comfy with Colleen. Colleen also made sure to follow his normal schedule perfectly and even let him be a bed hog—even after we assured her he’s happy in either the bed or kennel overnight. You can tell Colleen loves dogs. I would suggest Colleen to any friend.

Malcomn took such great care of our dog when we were out of town. We got lots of update and pictures and knew he was in good hands. We would have Malcomn back any time!

We are so thrilled to have found Hannah! She stayed with our kitties in our home for two weeks while we vacationed. She came over to visit ahead of the trip to meet us and the kitties so that we all could ask questions and get to know each other. One of our cats has to take a nebulizer twice daily for asthma, and we made sure that she was comfortable doing that. Both of our cats are timid around strangers, but after a little while they both came out to say hi. She has a calming sense about her, and we knew they would be ok! During the trip, she sent us multiple updates and photos. By the second day they were comfortably playing and sleeping with her. Once we saw that, we knew they were comfortable! Everything was as it should be when we came home. She left the place very tidy. We will absolutely hire her again!

Stephanie did a great job! The house was spotless when we got back, and our dog Lily was happy and relaxed. I was able to truly enjoy my trip to my niece’s wedding knowing everything was in good hands.

Ashley took amazing care of my super high energy Belgian Sheepdog with separation anxiety. I needed to travel and was really worried about ensuring my dog would be cared for. Herding breeds like Belgian Sheepdogs tend to be very attached to their person and will do anything to be reunited with them. For a high intelligence and high energy breed, the prolonged isolation of a traditional kennel would caused severe stress. I was very thankful that Ashley brought my dog into her home and allowed him to be with other dogs, especially her own, as being with a pack and having playmates helps to alleviate the stressors of separation. Ashley sent lots of photos throughout the day and took super good care of him. I think my dog might have even been a bit sad to leave her company and playmates! 🤣

Wow! Where do I even begin? This woman is truly an angel on earth. She deserves all the praise and respect, not only did she take excellent care of our Duke- she also tidied up the house, made us dinner and breakfast for when we got home. My husband and I went to my grandfathers funeral and Gail reached out with pictures, videos, and provided a sense of comfort during this incredibly difficult time. We don’t have any family in IL and honestly now consider Gail to be a member of our family. Thank you thank you Miss Gail for your kindness, generosity and patience these last few days. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this woman. She is a true kind person!

Jo was absolutely fantastic with our little dog, Luna! We were in a pinch needing a last-minute sitter, as Luna usually stays with family, and we are so incredibly grateful we found Jo. Jo was great with communication, sending us daily updates that really put our minds at ease. She clearly cared for our dog wonderfully. We highly recommend Jo!

Jamie was absolutely wonderful and helped us feel at peace on our trip. We will definitely be a repeat customer! Super clean, respectful, polite and our pets clearly loved her. Thank you so much, we’re so happy we found a pet sitter we can trust.

Dorothy stayed with our Labrador Retriever, Koa, for several days while we were out of the country. Everything was great! She was able to spend lots of time at home with Koa, keeping more or less the same routine that Koa has when we’re here. She also sent a few updates with pics. When we arrived back, the house was just as we had left it. Such peace of mind to find someone you trust with your “furry child” and your home! Dorothy’s terrific.

Miguel is the best!

Perniall is a great guy. Very reliable and caring. He stayed in touch and sent pictures of my Casper each day. I will definitely book with him again.

Great communication, sent cute photographs, really seemed to know animals during our meet and greet (and my animals are not easy...)! Would hire her again!
