Dog Boarding in Round Knob

Will never go back to boarding Othala any other way. Usually my dog is stressed so much during boarding and being away from home that she usually doesnt eat the first day or two. She warmed right up to Erin and was eating the first day. Erin sent pictures and gave updates daily and it was the best boarding experience for my dog. I could tell she wasn't as stressed. And the bandana she gave Othala was the cutest, my son's wouldn't stop talking about it!

Erin was great to work with. You can tell that she has a genuine love for animals. She sent temporary updates when we left our pup with her for three days and was always quick to reply. Should the need arise, we would not hesitate to use Erin again...thanks Erin!
