Shannon was nothing short of amazing! This was our first time using Rover. Shannon meet us before our trip, walked through the process, and introduced herself to our dog Penny. She assured Penny would be taken care of and boy was she. We were updated everyday with updates/ pictures. It was wonderful being able to enjoy our vacation knowing everything was taken care of.
