Jenn was fantastic! Cared for our pets like they were her own. Great communication! She sent updates with photos on every visit. She handled everything: the litter boxes, dishes and even administered meds twice daily for one of our cats! We think highly of Jenn, would confidently book her again and happily recommend her.

I usually leave my cat at a pet lodge and was not too thrilled with the services there because she would always fall sick. Therefore, wanted to try out Rover this time. This was my first time using this service and I was quite nervous. I looked up several profiles but Doreen’s caught my attention right away. I met with Doreen and she came across as a very genuine person with a wealth of experience and knowledge, and put me at ease right away. I immediately booked her for a week to care of my cat. Doreen was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old cat. She provided excellent feedback with pictures each day and the communication was on point! My cat usually takes a while to warm up to strangers but she was very comfortable with Doreen. We just got back home from vacation and my cat is absolutely happy and fine with no sickness. I would definitely recommend Doreen to anyone looking for a sitter. I am certainly going to be requesting her services again in the near future. Thank you again so much, Doreen, for all your help so we could have a stress-free vacation and my fur baby was also stress free and well cared for.

Ashley was wonderful! My fiancé and I were away for 10 days in California. This is the longest time we have been away from our kitty and we were naturally feeling nervous. Ashley did a great job updating us on how she was doing. I would definitely recommend her!
