Jenn was fantastic! Cared for our pets like they were her own. Great communication! She sent updates with photos on every visit. She handled everything: the litter boxes, dishes and even administered meds twice daily for one of our cats! We think highly of Jenn, would confidently book her again and happily recommend her.

Taylor was very responsive and helpful, keeping me posted on changes, updates, and how my pets were responding to her in our absence. I would absolutely use her again on future trips, she was very warm and pleasant, and flexible, when we needed, including changing visits, or pick up times, And that flexibility allowed us to have an amazing family vacation. Kendall was very reliable and conscientious. My cat is a little shy, but he came out to see her. She sent an update for each visit and cute pictures.

This was my first experience using Rover and Jacqueline & Uriel were wonderful! I loved the updates they sent when checking in on my cat Pumpkin. They successfully administered her asthma inhaler twice a day while I was out of the state. The communication and professionalism they both displayed was very much appreciated. My cat Pumpkin loved their pets and playtime visits!

Kasey did a great job taking care of my two tabbies. She followed all of my instructions perfectly. She showed up on time every day, posted clear detailed summaries along with nice photos, and she even spent time each day playing with one of the cats. I highly recommend her.

Brianna did great caring for our cat while we were away. She paid great attention to detail and took notes on everything we went over. The cat was fed daily, water was kept clean, litter box(es) scooped, and all areas were kept very clean. In addition to taking great care of the cat, Brianna was willing to also check on our frog and maintain his waterfall and water bowl, which was a great extra bit of help. We received great photos of both the cat and the frog daily. We would absolutely trust her to care for our pets again in the future.

Maite did a fantastic job caring for our two cats while my husband and I were away on our wedding trip. She was kind and caring with our cats and did everything within her power to make sure they were well taken care of while we were away. She also was excellent at communicating, and so understanding and flexible whenever we had a special request. We will absolutely be booking Maite again when we need a cat sitter in the future!

April was amazing and at the last minute I got her to help me at 7:30pm at night to administer medication. She walked me through the process so I could learn to do this on my own since my older kitty will need this for life. Thank you, April!
