First time booking wirh Michelle. She lives in the same town, has all kinds of pets & loves cats. We scheduled a meet & greet to learn what the pets needed. I appreciated that very much. Michelle took fed & watered & took photos of my outdoor cats and also tried to have cuddle, offer affection & pet them time as booked, but cats werent used to her. I thanked her for trying.
