House Sitting in Urbana

We had a bit of a nightmare of a Thanksgiving trip, but at least our pets were in good hands! Even with some initial issues with our door key (our fault), Nicole was patient, resourceful, and flexible. Our home was in perfect condition and our pets were happy. We can’t recommend Nicole enough!!!

Repeat client, Sophie is so good! Very communicative, sends lots of photos. Our pets love her and she’s so good with them. I can’t recommend her enough!

Katie was wonderful with our older dog while we were away. She took good care of him and our home, and sent us frequent updates. Thanks Katie!

Michelle did a great job taken care of our two dogs and cat! She provided plenty of great photos and details of how everyone was doing. We knew our house and pets were in good hands.

Kelly was a great communicator. She sent us pictures/updates while we were away and left our home clean and tidy when she left. We definitely recommend her!

Once again Lili was fantastic. Very communicative and easy to work with. We love her updates and the way she cares for Pete. She goes above and beyond and we will continue to seek her out for future sittings and recommend her.

Johanna did a wonderful job house and pet sitting for us over a long weekend. We have three dogs and a cat and they all have unique needs. I communicated these to Johanna and she made sure each pet was well cared for. This included administering medicine to one dog, walking two dogs together and one separately, and cleaning up dog waste in our back yard. She didn't neglect the cat either - she cleaned her box and re-filled her water as instructed. We came home to happy animals and a clean house and yard. Johanna also communicated regularly with updates and questions while trouble-shooting minor pet issues on her own. I appreciate that she sent pictures showing happy animals and can tell that our dogs and cat liked spending time with her. Highly recommended!

Communicative, thoughtful, responsive … I am grateful to have Mindy’s help when I need an extra hand with my fur kids. It’s nice to be able to rely on her when I need someone to “cover me” when life gets in the way!

Kimmy did a great job caring for Leroy. I was nervous about leaving him alone, since he has a lot of fears but she made him feel very comfortable, and was very communicative with me while I was out of town.

Heather was BEYOND WONDERFUL! She was so attentive to my Maltipoo, sent tons of pictures, took him on a long walk EVEN IN THE RAI, left the house spotless and made me feel so secure in knowing that Teddy was well cared for. I feel so lucky to have found Heather and will absolutely ask her to care for Teddy again! I can’t say enough good things about our experience! She deserves 5++ stars!

Cory continues to be reliable and helpful, sends photos and spends lots of time with our dog!

Sarah did great with our pack and all their individual personalities and quirks, and had no issues with having to give our grumpy old man pills since he had teeth pulled earlier in the week. They all think they are slick and try to get away with naughty behavior when we're gone but there were no secret messes to be found when we got back! She even managed to snap a photo where it looked like they all got along with each other, which is a miracle!

We went on vacation for a week and Stella was awesome with our two Australian shepherds. One of our dogs is reactive to people and she took time to get to know him at his speed and did great with him. By the end of the week they were buddies! She housesat for us and left the place in great shape and sent us daily pics and updates. Would 100% use her anytime!!

This was my first time using Rover, and Melissa was absolutely fantastic. I was gone for 5 days and had no idea what I was gonna do with my Great Dane. Melissa came by and he opened up to her almost immediately. While I was gone she came by multiple times a day. She fed, exercised and even brushed him. My house is in the same condition I left it and most importantly Odin is still the same old happy and healthy pup. If you’re looking for someone to look after you’re furry family member, look no further. Melissa has got you covered!

Brittnee was great. Communicated well and sent pictures. Archie was well cared for and was happy with her.
