I have a 6 month old puppy and older pup who I was nervous about leaving alone. Amberley put me at ease from our meet and greet and she’s been so great with our dogs! She sends several pictures and sweet notes about how their drop ins are and I know they are in great hands!

Janet was so thoughtful and helpful while we were away on a long trip- our cats really enjoyed her company. She always kept the litter box clean and water bowls fresh, and spent time playing with the cats or just hanging out with them on days they were being lazy. Our cats get a little stressed while we’re away, and it’s nice to have someone that keeps them at ease, as well as our own minds at ease! Thanks so much, Janet!

She was prompt both days, arriving right on time. What really stood out was how thoughtful and communicative she was—she sent adorable photos of my pups having a good time and sweet, reassuring text updates that kept me completely at ease. It was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous leaving my dogs with someone new, but she made the whole experience stress-free and positive. From our phone conversation prior to her visits it was clear how much she loves dogs and she treated mine with such care and attention.
