Dog Boarding in Western Springs

Michelle is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and Nori absolutely LOVES her. 🥹❤️ Michelle’s husband and two kids also adore Nori, which makes us feel so comfortable knowing she’s surrounded by so much love and care while we’re away. This was Nori’s first overnight stay (she has gone to daycare with Michelle multiple times before) and we couldn’t have felt better about leaving her with them. Michelle is flexible and accommodating and sends regular updates and photos, which we really appreciate! We’re so grateful to Michelle and her family for taking such great care of Nori. It’s clear how much they genuinely love her, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found them! ❤️🐾

This was our second time using Barbara and once again, she took such great care of our girl. She sent tons of pictures and updates and made us feel confident that our dog was well cared for. Our dog had lots of fun playing with other dogs under Barbara’s care. Highly recommend!

Sarah did a great job with Remax. She was very patient with Remax and went above and beyond to make him comfortable. He hadn't been boarded in over a year due to my husband's passing, and she was very patient with him.

Jo’Ell was amazing! Our dogs did not want to leave when being picked up! She was an excellent communicator and always sent us pictures throughout their stay. She was also flexible about having our dogs stay another night when we had to change our flight. We will definitely book again in the future. 😊

Shirley was very attentive. She sent pictures throughout the day and even gave me some care tips. She was very responsive and always answered right away with any questions I had. I highly recommend her.

Tamara is great! Very accommodating and flexible. She stayed in communication the whole time, which was very nice for my first time using Rover. You can tell she really loves and cares about your pets.

Neo loved his staycation with Connie! He usually has nerves but this time he came back home all wags and his usual happy self. Connie took great pictures and was super chill and accommodating! Thanks for taking care of Neo like your own!

Phyllis was an amazing sitter for Coffee! She did a great job keeping me updated with regular status updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she genuinely cared for Coffee and made sure he was comfortable and happy. Coffee had such a great time staying with her, and I could tell he was very well taken care of. I would absolutely book with Phyllis again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter on Rover!

Matt and Michelle were awesome. They were flexible on timing and very welcoming to our dog. They did a great job making him feel comfortable and part of their family. I would definitely use them again.

Cosmo had a great stay with Bailey! She was very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and makes sure they’re comfortable and happy. I also loved that she has her own dogs, so Cosmo had plenty of entertainment and companionship during his stay. I’d definitely trust Bailey with Cosmo again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive sitter.

Janeth was great at communicating very often and sharing photos and updates about my pup. Banana seemed very comfortable and I’m confident she was in good hands. I would definitely leave her in Janeth’s care again with full trust.

We have a very energetic lab 10 month old lab mix and had to travel out of state for a weekend. It was our dog’s first time being without us and Linda did a great job. We received daily updates with a picture and she was very accommodating to our drop off/pick up schedule. We definitely recommend Linda and will be employing her in the future.

Another great stay with Christina and fam! Zoey has a great time every stay and Christina is always easy to work with and reliable. We’re lucky to have her nearby when we have to travel out of town.

Wayne provided great care for our two dogs! They were clearly comfortable and happy with Wayne and his 2 resident beagles at every point: during our meet and greet, when we dropped them off, in the pictures Wayne sent during their stay, and when we picked them up! We really appreciated how flexible Wayne was with our last-minute booking, how well he understands both dogs' and owners' needs, his responsiveness (quick replies to any inquiry), and the updates with pictures while the dogs were with him.

Sarai is awesome. Repeat client and Aly loves her time with her and didn't want to leave the last time I picked her up. I received daily pics, videos and notes on how she's doing. Sarai has a huge enclosed back yard and other pups for Aly to play with. Definitely recommend Sarai and won't hesitate to reach out again for pupsitting.

Charley did very well at Katherine’s. He does not like to be left alone - so being there with someone home and her 2 dogs went very well. I was sent photos of his day and that’s just a nice way to know he is check in on him. I will absolutely contact her again.

Janet was awesome with out two doxies. She took such good care of them that after we picked them up and brought them home, I swear they were depressed and missed her. Will be using her again.

Judith was very kind to our dog and made sure she was well taken care of. She is well prepared for boarding and has a great space for her to run around. Being in animal care is a huge plus too!!

Elizabeth was great! She loved on Tucker all 4th of July weekend and made him feel safe during the fireworks! We didn’t worry about him at all. He made himself right at home … thanks Elizabeth!
