Our dogs, Willoughby and Sparrow, were well taken care of by Nicole. We were in town for a wedding and Nicole was so accommodating given the schedule. She even provided us humans a special treat from Chicago! She provided updates throughout their time with her and a detailed report card. Kazu was great! Communication was smooth and easy, and he took really good care of my dog. She had a great time playing with the other dogs and came home happy and surprisingly clean, even after all that playtime! I really appreciate the care and attention he gave her. Highly recommend!
