Dog Boarding in Wilmette

This was my first time leaving my 13 week old puppy with someone else. So of course I was nervous. Thao and her family quickly engaged him, making him feel comfortable, happy, and excited. He was overjoyed to see me when I returned, but it was clear he would have been just fine continuing to hang out with them! A great first visit!

Jeffrey and Ron took great care of Sadie during a particularly freezing cold spell in Chicago. They sent me regular updates and were able to accommodate her medication and strict feeding regime. She seemed relaxed and happy. Wouod 100% recommend and look forward to future visits.

Our dog is almost 13 and newly an "only" dog since we lost our other dog late last year. We were nervous about boarding her in a home on her own for the first time. Everything went great. We received so many pictures and updates that we didn't have to worry about how things were going. Highly recommend!

Lauren was awesome and her family was all so loving towards Buck. He was so happy I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home! Highly recommend and am so glad to have a trustworthy resource to watch Buck when I’m away.

Cynthia was an awesome sitter for our Hedy girl! She agreed to board our dog for a long weekend with very short notice after we received a last minute cancellation from another sitter. Cynthia also agreed to a meet and greet prior to boarding which was really nice and appreciated. She remained in contact with me about our dog’s fussy eating spell during her stay and took extra care to make sure that she was fed. She also sent us photos which is always a joy for us to see. Cynthia was also flexible about the pick up time which was hugely appreciated! Our dog, Hedy, seemed like she had a wonderful stay and gave Cynthia plenty of kisses when it was time to say goodbye. Ella did a great job taking care of our senior dog with many needs! She was very communicative, had no problems giving her medications throughout the day and was understanding of her special needs. Ella sent pictures while we were away and made us feel great about leaving Kiley in her care. Highly recommend Ella!

Merrick and his wife have been our “go to” care givers for the past few years. Our dog has been well taken care of and feels completely at ease while in their care. They provide a warm and welcoming environment for our pet as well as regular exercise. I appreciate their many pictures and regular updates on our dogs well being. I would highly recommend their services.

Deb and Doug are wonderful - thoughtful and great with our dog. Birdie was well cared for while we were out of town for over a week. She definitely enjoyed her stay with them and misses their backyard already. We appreciated the communication and updates. Can’t thank them enough!

Kimberly was fabulous! My husband and I actually left on a trip for our wedding out of the country and were nervous to leave our kitties. Kimberly sent updates and photos and our cats adored their temporary home. Our one kitty acts like he wants to go back! Will be booking with her again🥰

Naomi and Johann were great caretakers of my senior girl, Zoey. Naomi was prepared at our meet and greet with a set of questions to ensure quality care during her stay. Their boy Milo was very sweet and happy to meet Zoey and spend time with her. Their home is clean and comfortable and conveniently located next to a park for the dogs to walk and sniff. Naomi sent daily photos of Zoey settling in. My Zoey returned home happy and with a little pep in her step. Highly recommend their services.

Tony did an excellent job taking care of Rufus. He took photos and communicated daily to let us know how Rufus was doing. We would definitely book again!!!

Sophie is absolutely amazing! I was so nervous to leave Finn and Lucy with anyone for 2 weeks, but Sophie made any worries go away. She works from home, so she was able to give them all the love and attention they needed for the transition in staying away from us for so long. She took amazing care of them, and they seemed to really love her! She sent me updates everyday with pictures of them snuggling and playing, and even gave quick responses any time I texted her asking about them. She is just wonderful, and I hope they are able to stay with her every time I need to leave town!

Great communication, frequent walking, and their own dog was super friendly and got along well with our own! We had an unexpected change in travel plans and Joerg was super accommodating!! Highly recommend!

Rico was incredible! This was our first time leaving our dogs at someone else’s home & Rico was so comforting. He sent great updates and we were confident our dogs were happy and well cared for while we were away. Cannot recommend enough!

Karla did a wonderful job caring for our old guy. He had some accidents and was out of sorts but she handled things well and we appreciated her. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring sitter!

Rizwan & Noorjahan took wonderful care of our dog, Brownie. We had a last-minute emergency when I went into labor early, and the friends who were originally scheduled to watch her were no longer able to help. After reading Rizwan & Noorjahan’s profile, I felt confident they would be a perfect match for Brownie’s temperament and needs—she’s very calm and loves being around people. We’re so grateful to their family for stepping in during such a stressful time. We wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again whenever we need someone to care for Brownie!

This was my first time using Rover, and I truly had a fantastic experience with Laura and Vladimir. From the very beginning, they responded promptly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. Leaving your dogs with someone new can be nerve-wracking, but I felt completely confident that my babies were in the best hands. They sent regular pictures of Kona and Rocky throughout the week and gave thoughtful updates about how they were doing and even the new friends they made. That meant so much to me and gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I would 10000% use Laura and Vladimir again for dog boarding services. I am so grateful to have found them and to know that whenever I travel, my babies will be safe, loved, and well cared for. Highly, highly recommend! Laura and Vladimir I cannot say enough.
