Thao and her family welcomed Hazel as their own - and Hazel felt right at home! I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness with which our pup was introduced into their home and the updates and pictures we received during the week we were traveling. Bonus: Hazel has made a new friend (Charly) and we have have a great option for future travel planning!

Another great stay with Noor! Our super energetic dog Poppy was well taken care of. Noor and the whole family were so warm to her. Loved getting updates on Poppy’s activities.

Ella was a terrific sitter for our daughter's one year old cat while we were out of town for our son's graduation ceremony. She sent messages to keep us posted on his stay with her through the weekend. We definitely recommend her services.

We loved all the photos and videos we received from Kristina of our dog Gallo. He was clearly happy and well cared for during his stay! We'll definitely use her again.

Leo had a wonderful time boarding with Kaz and Akemi for 2 nights. He was clearly loved and played nonstop while there. Kaz and Akemi sent photos and videos throughout Leo’s stay which made me so happy! Will definitely book with them again!

Jeff and Ron are so wonderful with our anxious and attached guy. After doing a few daycares to get him ready for an overnight stay, he runs to their door and into their house as if it's his second home. I get daily updates and Leroy has even overcome his anxiety with other pups. Thank you Jeff and Ron.

Kimberly was great! Max seemed to warm up to her right away, and we appreciated the updates and photos while away. Communication was very prompt and we will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you!

Naomi and Johann were great caretakers of my senior girl, Zoey. Naomi was prepared at our meet and greet with a set of questions to ensure quality care during her stay. Their boy Milo was very sweet and happy to meet Zoey and spend time with her. Their home is clean and comfortable and conveniently located next to a park for the dogs to walk and sniff. Naomi sent daily photos of Zoey settling in. My Zoey returned home happy and with a little pep in her step. Highly recommend their services.

This was our first time using Rover and I have to say Jeanette made the expierence abosolutely wonderful. She sent daily updates with photos and video of our dog. It really made this so much less stressful for us. I would definitely use her services again!!!

Cynthia is incredible. I had flight delays the morning I was supposed to return home to my dog and was unable to come home until the following morning. Cynthia replied to my inquiry immediately and took my dog in. He had the best time - she sent me photos, and when I picked him up he looked like he was having the best time. She is so flexible and amazing with dogs.

Lauren and her family were so kind and did a wonderful job with Flash. He has diabetes and they gave him his shot every day and stuck to his diet needs. Honestly, I think Flash misses them! I would definitely rebook with Lauren.

We had a great experience with Tony. His communication was great, sending pictures and updates regularly and responding very quickly to any questions we sent.

Carly took wonderful care of Toby! He's a shy pup, but warmed up to her quickly. We hope to book with her again when we're back in Chicago and highly recommend her to others;

Once again Michelle saves the day and helps us with our little Charlie. He is so well cared for and she is so communicative- I can actually relax especially when life gets stressful. Michelle took Charlie a day early for a work trip that sprung up. She is the best!

Rebeca was terrific! This is the first time we have used Rover and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. We have already rebooked her!

I left my dog with Laura and Vladimir for about 10 days and he was in wonderful care. He’s a rescue doodle and has some separation anxiety but he seemed happy at their house. They sent pictures updates of him and took him on walks (which he loves). He looked happy in the pictures and wasn’t stressed at all when I picked him up. I would happily refer them to anyone and would use them again for pet sitting!

Noodles had the pleasure of staying with Doug and Deb for the third time this past week. If the kids were missing Noodles, they had plenty of pictures from his stay with Doug & Deb to know he was having a great time while we were away. We rest easy knowing he is truly cared for and enjoyed!
