Stephanie is great! She’s goes above and beyond for your pets and their safety. Our remote garage closer wasn’t working so she drove back to manually close it. Extremely grateful for her professionalism and kindness.

Ann was extremely attentive and took great care of my cat while I was out of town. She was very thorough and I will definitely use her services again.

Amanda has been a wonderful! She takes excellent care of our cat when we are out of town. We have booked her many times the past year and so glad to have found her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking pet care.

Caraline is amazing, we were so happy with how she took care of my two cats and are so excited to have her watch them again later this month. She is so patient, always sends photos and updates, follows every care instruction and brings so much peace of mind while traveling or being anxiously away from your pets. Her calm energy and love for animals has even made my extremely timid cat open up and initiate contact and play with her. She left areas cleaner than they were found and was eager to help outside of what was initially asked, including cleaning up cat litter/waste my cats dragged outside of their litter boxes without asking. I definitely recommend her and will be using her as a regular cat sitter!

I cannot express how wonderful it is to have Heather watch our 4 boys while we are away. She is easy to communicate with and takes great photos of our boys. I love that we have someone we can trust check in on them. 100 % will book her again and would recommend her to anyone !

It seems as if it is not me who should write the review, but my cat (10 month old kitten), who stayed there :D My review is very positive (I recommend Kiki as a cat nanny). I was very worried, because this is the first experience for both me and the cat. I was very busy during my trip, but nevertheless I wrote to Kiki and asked about my "son". Kiki always responded quickly, told in detail how he was feeling and sent photos. I want to add that she is an expert in terms of what my cat needs and how to help him adapt. Unfortunately, I was sad that my cat had a hard time adapting, he was afraid of everything and everyone, but this was expected, although very sad. I hope the first experience will be good for both of us and in the future it will be easier and simpler to leave him in new places. P.S. After I brought him home, he misses his new cat friends and constantly calls them. I hope my neighbors don't call the police :D

This was our first time using Rover and Juliana was awesome! Our cat Otis is not used to being alone (we lost his brother a few months back), so we were worried when going out of town. Could tell, based on the Rover Cards, he loved his visits with Juliana. Highly recommended and will definitely reach out again when we are in need of some drop-in visits.

Sam was great! Super supportive over my miss-booking and Mr. Action Jackson demeanor changed a bit when I got back from vacation, meaning Sam gave him love and support while also going above and beyond with the tasks to care for him. A little pricy (😅) butt will definitely hire again! Couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter 👍🏼 Will request Sam when I go on vacation again

Jessica is the absolute best. This is the second time we had her house sit while we were away. She took such great care of our precious cat. She was great at communicating and sending pictures. We missed our cat dearly while we were away, but there is no worrying with Jessica. I knew he was being well cared for. I could tell he was missing her after we got home.

Amy watched our two cats for eight days, and we were very satisfied with her care. She is very kind and gentle, and both cats warmed up to her quickly—even our shy one, who usually hides from strangers. We especially appreciated that Amy came by before we left to spend time playing with them and help them feel comfortable. During our trip, she kept us updated with messages, photos, and notes about their eating and behavior. Thank you, Amy—we would definitely love to have you back again.

Rebecca was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in every aspect. Between the detailed rover cards, additional messages, adorable kitty photos, and extra time spent making sure the kitties were as comfortable as possible, I can’t wait until the next time I get to read her enthusiastic recounting of our kitties adventures when I’m on travel :) Plus, she (without our asking) made sure it take care of dishes, sweeping, and taking out both recycling and trash. Everything was in order when we got home and it really made it one less thing to worry about trying to get home life back in order after vacation.
