Elizabeth was excellent, she followed instructions well and didn't get deterred by our cats' lack of friendliness ? We're looking forward to booking her again-- in fact we already have!

Eleanor communicated well and sent photos every visit. I could tell she connected well with our data based on their behavior around her, they rarely snuggle with sitters!

Mary was the absolute best!! I felt so relieved on my trip knowing that my baby was in good hands. She genuinely cared about my pet and was so thoughtful!! I loved how much time she spent with him and the pictures and updates that I got. She is fantastic!! 10/10 recommend! 💙

Bayley did a great job taking care of our cats while we were out of town! She followed all the instructions on our guide, sent proof-of-life pictures on every drop-in, and consistently communicated about the timing of her visits. It was such a relief to know our fur babies were in good hands so we could enjoy our trip :)

Penny did an exceptional job caring for our two cats during our 2.5‑week international trip. She was reliable, easy to reach, and provided daily messages with photos, which gave us great peace of mind. We had a minor hiccup with our automated litter box being unplugged before we left (100% our fault), and Penny helped us resolve it quickly and smoothly.
