Malia was awesome - great communication and took good care of our cat. She accommodated an extra day when our travel plans changed too! We will use her again for sure.

Robert was very accommodating when I realized I had booked the wrong dates and helped fix everything. He was very patient with our more anxious kitty and gave us picture and written updates everyday. Will book with him again in the future!

What a great experience. Erin was phenomenal and the Rover process of communication is wonderful. Our cat was happy to us when we got back but I am pretty sure he misses Erin already. Five Stars!!
