Rob took great care of our house and two cats while we were out of town for the holidays. He was here for 4 nights / 5 days and did all the usual cat car things: fed, gave meds, cleaned the boxes, and of course, played. Our cats were happy and settled when we returned. Rob is a clear and consistent communicator; he asks questions to ensure he understands what we're needing, he responds promptly, and encouraged us to ask him questions too, so that we could have the best experience possible!
