I was so happy to be able to book Donai again. Second time’s a charm! I knew my cats were in great hands, and I always loved seeing the Rover reports and pictures while I was enjoying my trip. Thanks for your flexibility and your clear communication!

Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful! She always sent a thorough report each visit and pictures of both of my cats. She also always updated me when my cat was given her medications! I was really nervous using a pet service. I met Brenda once early on for a introduction and felt at ease right away. Brenda also came a couple of days before I left to go over details. While I was away, I forgot a few things like my mail and she did what I had asked. She was very gracious with updates and lots of pictures and even videos. I came home to happy ? ?.
