Mackenzie was very responsive with initial communication. She met with me twice for meet and greet. I found her to be reliable and responsible. My cats were happy and taken care of when I returned. The house was exactly as we left it.

Michelle was an amazing sitter and house guest- taking the best care of our anxious little dachshund and home! She is extremely kind, professional, and an excellent communicator. One of my dogs is very nervous around strangers. Abbey had a ton of patience for him and let him guide their interactions. She sent daily updates, and it was encouraging to see him open up to her as the days went on. Thanks for taking such good care of my pups!

Tammy did a great job with my dog Finn. Finn can be a bit nervous around new people but Tammy was patient and he really warmed up to her. I will definitely be using her services in the future!!

Zoe took great care of my pets while we were gone! We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and it can certainly be a handful to take care of all of them. She was great and communicated everything with me so I knew how things were going while I was gone.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful, and I can’t recommend her enough. Her communication was excellent from start to finish and she kept me consistently updated, which really put me at ease leaving Ponzu for the first time. She followed every instruction carefully, was very respectful of my home, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Most importantly, she clearly connected with Ponzu, making sure she got plenty of playtime, attention, and walks. I felt completely comfortable having Kelly there and will book with her again. We booked Natalie to help watch our dog, and our granddog travel out of state without them. Natalie arrived on time for taking care of our family dogs. She lived in the house and brought her own food and laptop to eat and work from home during our stay. The dogs had plenty of times to play indoors and out doors. She invited both of them to cuddle in bed at night, ensuring their and our comfort with their safety and security while we were away. I recommend and will definitely call Natalie to help us again in the future. Natalie was teriffic.

Sarah did a fantastic job taking care of our home and babies while we were away! She kept everything clean and sent us update pictures every day to give us peace of mind. We would love to utilize her services again!
