Megan was a fantastic help! She responded quickly to our last minute request, was incredibly friendly and communicative, and provided wonderful care for our pet. I appreciate her attention to detail in her updates and the many photos provided. We will definitely be booking again!

Melanie did a great job with our animals while we were away despite a number of unexpected challenges that happened (huge snowstorm, malfunctioning automatic doors for our animals, etc).
