Amazing experience!! This was our first time on Rover so we didn't know what to expect but Mary was so friendly and professional about everything that it was a breeze. She kept us updated with pictures and it really seems like our dogs were having just as much fun on their vacation as we were on ours! She'll definitely be our first choice for our next trip. I felt a great deal of anxiety about leaving my dog with anyone and Bowen's attitude and demeanor toward both me and my dog made me feel much better about my choice. I received good communication each day along with much appreciated photographs - all allowing me to better enjoy my short vacation. I would trust Bowen my pup again and again.

Kelsey was great! She was able to take care of Theo last minute. It was my first time boarding him and she made us feel very comfortable. She was able to manage his little personality after being inside/fidgety for an extended amount of time. Great sitter, highly recommend!

I’ve used Melissa a few times now, and LOVE her. She always takes great care of Winnie and she’s always happy to go and stay with Melissa. From the very first visit and each one after Melissa is always responsive, sends photos and keeps me updated on how Winnie is doing.

Bill and his wife took great care of our boy for an overnighter! This was our boys first time being away from us for that long. They sent us updates and pics which gave us great piece of mind. We’ll be leaving for a week long cruise soon and we’re confident he will have a great time and be safe and sound!

Claudia did an incredible job watching Leo! We were a little nervous initially because it was our first time leaving Leo overnight with a Rover sitter. We were able to meet Claudia beforehand to see if it would be a good fit and she answered all of our questions and concerns. Both me and my wife felt that she and her husband were extremely warm and friendly. She provided us multiple photos and videos each day showing us how he was doing. In addition, she was extremely prompt in responding to our messages through the Rover app. She has a perfect neighborhood and yard that Leo thoroughly enjoyed. We will continue to book Claudia and have another weekend already scheduled!

This was a great experience for my dog Audrey. She is a bit set in her ways and takes meds for medical issues. Christopher did great caring for her. I also got daily pics and updates.

Stacy was FANTASTIC!! Daily updates and pictures of the fun Tuxx and Starr had! This was our first experience using Rover vs a kennel and we will always choose Stacy moving forward. I’d give her 10 stars if it were an option! She treats your pups as though they are her own.
