10/10 experience! They took amazing care of Sketchy while I was away and treated him like one of their own. I received updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Sketchy came home happy, well cared for, and clearly loved during his stay. We had a wonderful experience with Ellie! She took excellent care of our 2-month-old Shih Tzu and made us feel completely at ease leaving our puppy for the first time. Throughout the day, she kept us updated with plenty of pictures, videos, and thoughtful communication. She also shared some helpful tips that we really appreciated as new puppy parents. Ellie went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be bringing our pup back to her again. Highly recommend!
