Dog Boarding in Laotto

Very easy to communicate with and flexible!! We had an issue with a canceled flight and were able to work it out for our dogs to stay that night and be picked up the following morning instead. We did not have access to internet while on our trip so we let them know we wouldn't be able to communicate much while we were away, but I know they would have been more than happy to send more photos/updates if able to! Very positive experience☺️

Lyndsey was wonderful! This was our first time using rover and it was such a great experience. The communication and response time was excellent. Lyndsey sent updates and pictures everyday which was so appreciated and took such great care of our pups! I would highly recommend her!

We got daily updates and since they both work from home there was always someone there with our dogs. These two went above and beyond watching our two goldens. Highly recommend!!

April did a fantastic job with Kuma. I was borderline terrified at leaving him (he’s huge and can sometimes be a little naughty if left to his own devices). She was so good with him and gave plenty of updates. I can tell he had lots of fun with the kids and seemed ready for a long nap when he got home. We brought our own huge travel crate and set up shop in her living room and she was so accommodating! I already set up our next booking! Thank you again!!!

Bobby spent the last 5 days with Agnatha and had the best time! I never worry about him when he is in her care. He came home happy and very tired. She is the absolute best!

Rebecca and Hank had a great week together while we were away! She was flexible with our drop off and pick up times after we had a flight change unexpectedly. She was also very attentive to all our instructions with Hank. We enjoyed getting text updates along with a picture each day during his stay! If she had any questions regarding his care, she was quick to ask and was very professional and understanding. They went on walks daily, she barely ever left him alone, and they got lots of snuggles in. It’s so nice to know someone is treating your dog like family while you’re away! I would definitely recommend Rebecca for a Rover & would certainly use her again for our dog Hank!

Alexis was a god send. We were in a really tough situation with no where to take our 3 animals and she accepted our booking on very short notice. She kept me updated on my pets condition and sent plenty of pictures. She took care of everything we needed and more I will definitely book with her again should I need to board my pets! Emily is very friendly and has everything organized. She updated us daily on our fur baby and sent us photos! She has a lovely backyard that he loved to run around and play in. We will certainly be using Emily again!
