Penny did an exceptional job caring for our two cats during our 2.5‑week international trip. She was reliable, easy to reach, and provided daily messages with photos, which gave us great peace of mind. We had a minor hiccup with our automated litter box being unplugged before we left (100% our fault), and Penny helped us resolve it quickly and smoothly. I was really nervous using a pet service. I met Brenda once early on for a introduction and felt at ease right away. Brenda also came a couple of days before I left to go over details. While I was away, I forgot a few things like my mail and she did what I had asked. She was very gracious with updates and lots of pictures and even videos. I came home to happy ? ?. Brenda did excellent caring and loving my babies while I was gone and now I know I can go and do things and not worry about my babies. Brenda thanks again for all you did.
Megan was amazing with our 2 cats (even though one is a little bit psycho 🤣). She gave them meds daily and was willing to work with us when our flight got delayed and we had to come the next morning.
