Penny did an exceptional job caring for our two cats during our 2.5‑week international trip. She was reliable, easy to reach, and provided daily messages with photos, which gave us great peace of mind. We had a minor hiccup with our automated litter box being unplugged before we left (100% our fault), and Penny helped us resolve it quickly and smoothly. Donai was exceptional! I knew when she came to meet Alice and Hank and she got on the floor to meet them, and asked for some treats to win them over, that she had already won over my approval. She gave me daily updates and daily pictures. It made me so happy on my trip to both see them, and also see that they were being well cared for and loved. Would definitely book Donai again!!
