Bayley did a great job taking care of our cats while we were out of town! She followed all the instructions on our guide, sent proof-of-life pictures on every drop-in, and consistently communicated about the timing of her visits. Donai was exceptional! I knew when she came to meet Alice and Hank and she got on the floor to meet them, and asked for some treats to win them over, that she had already won over my approval. She gave me daily updates and daily pictures. It made me so happy on my trip to both see them, and also see that they were being well cared for and loved. Would definitely book Donai again!!
