Dog Boarding in New Castle

From the first meeting she made us fell completely comfortable with leaving our pet in her care. Our Yorkie took to her like it was her beat friend. We have already booked another stay. Highly recommend

Haylie set up a meet and greet so that we could meet her and her dogs which was very enjoyable and encouraging . While we were gone, she was so responsive and provided videos and pictures which helped me relax and enjoy my time away from Seeley! I appreciated so much how she sent pictures without me even having to ask. I was so nervous leaving him, but she helped put me at ease. I would definitely leave Seeley in her care again.

Monika A. was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed the photo of our Winston and the twice daily updates on him. There was a horrible rain and thunderstorm while he was there. Winston literally convulses during them & fireworks and he's a nervous wreck so it's difficult to comfort him. She did the best she could which is what he needed as he was a happy camper when we picked him up this morning. We highly recommend Monika and we will definitely hire her again!

We highly recommend Gabriel! He was loving and took great care of our dog. We got daily videos or pictures and feedback as well as a thorough report when we picked her up. The home was beautiful and welcoming too! Our dog enjoyed her mini vacation!

Penny loves dogs and will take good care of yours! She was great with my very sensitive girl and made sure she was comfortable and right at home. She even went out of her way to make Mika’s food extra yummy when she wasn’t showing much appetite. Excellent and quick communication too. Thanks Penny!

Chloe loved her stay with Britny and her family! Lots of pictures that I didn't even have to ask for, she just sent. Very accommodating and generous with pick up times and drop off. Will be back soon!

My dog, Chai T Latte, stayed with Sarah for a week. When we arrived to pick him up he acted protective of her, which let me know he liked her. He was very excited to come home. He did smell different, but when you leave your dog at someone else’s house for an extended period of time, it happens. It wasnt a surprise to me. A quick bath and he was back to smelling like himself. He is a white dog and came home looking the same as he did when I dropped him off 7 days before. He had a few spots of dirt, but she walked him and it was snowy/rainy. Again - not a big deal. I am glad she made sure he got exercise and attention. I told her the commands he knew and he came home still obedient. He was fed, loved, exercised, and cared for while we were gone and I appreciate that. Knowing he wasn’t locked in a kennel brought me joy. This was the first time Chai was away for us for longer than a few nights. He acted a little weird the first night we got him back, but he didn’t know what had happened or why he had been with a stranger or why he was suddenly home again. The next morning he was back to acting like himself. I understand why people would give the reviews they did - but in experiencing similar things, it doesn’t feel that deep to me. Leave your dog with a family member if you can’t handle your dog smelling different or having a little dirt on them at the end of a stay. I love my dog very much. The earlier reviews made me nervous to leave him, but I am glad I did. Sarah cared for him and sent me updates when I texted her. I am happy overall.

Repeat customer. Steve offers a second home for Sheriff. When we are traveling, we know that our dog is in very good hands. Steve is also flexible and comprehensive when there is a change of plans and schedules.

I booked with Kylie a week before my weekend trip and luckily she was able to accommodate. She sent an update with pictures which was appreciated. My dog seemed to enjoy her time there. I will definitely book again for my next trip

Xander took great care of Bandit. There were quite a few other dogs and that was a bit intimidating to my rescue dog but Xander was very understanding with him.

Kari and Clint made our pups part of their family! This was the 1st time in 14years that we were away from the pups. Penny has a heart condition and Nina is 14. They catered to them just like we do and sent pictures daily to help ease our minds. Their family is wonderful and they all took a part in making our pups feel welcome and safe. We are family!!

Gerard was so great with Ruby, and we felt 100 percent at ease leaving our energetic girl with him! He sent us daily video updates—it was great to see Ruby happy and playing. We could tell Ruby was a big fan of Gerard when we went to pick her up—she loves him! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a pet sitter, including our friends and family! 10/10 would book again with him in a heartbeat!

Thank you for the great attention and care towards our poodles Henry and Piper and the patience you both had for them during our trip. Mi was a great communicator and gave us daily updates with photos and videos which made us feel more at ease. Would greatly recommend Mi.

First time using Rover and was absolutely thrilled with Jennifer and our overall experience!! Jennifer was responsive, communicative and kind. It’s obvious she has a huge heart for animals and treats her guests just as her own. She sent messages and pictures during our dogs stay and couldn’t have been easier to talk with. I cannot recommend her enough!!

We are so happy our daughter referred us to Hilary’s family on Rover! My only regret was not contacting her sooner! They were exactly what my dog needed-someone to be home as much as possible with her and giving her as much attention as possible! Hilary communicated with us and sent pics throughout the week so I knew she was having a great time which helped with the “furmom” guilt so much! I won’t be dreading that part of the next trip at all! What a relief! Thanks again to Hilary and her family for loving on Carly!

Samantha and James were amazing! It was my first time boarding my dog, Milo, and they made me feel very comfortable. I was unsure how Milo would react with his first boarding experience and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, loved and less anxious. Samantha provided me with updates throughout the week including pictures which made me so happy! I really appreciate the time and detail they took to spend quality time with him and make him feel at home as best as they could! Definitely would recommend boarding with them!
