Dog Boarding in New Castle

Samantha kept us updated with pictures everyday which made us feel a lot better knowing our dog was ok and in good care. She has a very big fenced in back yard for dogs to play. I would definitely recommend her, and if we ever need a dog sitter again we will be repeat customers.

This was the first time I used Rover and it was great. Xander took great care of my dog Max. He looked great when I picked him up and was happy. I will recommend Rover and Xander to others.

Leia had a great time. She came home tired, which is a wonderful thing. Looking forward to another play date soon. Haylie is wonderful and truly knows how to make your pup feel like one of her own

Steve was a great sitter for our pupper! We appreciated all the updates and pics he sent us and it gave us peace of mind that he was well taken care of!

Gabriel has watched our 10lb pup a few times and this last time he was available at the last minute! He takes good care of our princess and we appreciate this as it puts our mind at ease.

Monika A. was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed the photo of our Winston and the twice daily updates on him. There was a horrible rain and thunderstorm while he was there. Winston literally convulses during them & fireworks and he's a nervous wreck so it's difficult to comfort him. She did the best she could which is what he needed as he was a happy camper when we picked him up this morning. We highly recommend Monika and we will definitely hire her again!

What a great host! My dog got along with hers great. The property has a large fence and my dog came back healthy and excited. Many updates with pictures were provided throughout his stay. If I have the opportunity, I would love to book her again.

Fantastic animal loving family! Axel enjoyed his stay, and the daily pics were a fun reminder he was enjoying his vacation too. Professional and fun, Kari and Clint provided so much more than boarding. We are thrilled and will continue to visit.

April and her husband did a really good job of watching over my 1.5 year old big baby they would message me with updates and photos and would answer right back when I would ask something. I will be taking him back to them when I need a sitter again

Aero and Finn loved their stay at Britny's!! They come home perfectly happy and tired and we got lots of pictures!! Pick up and drop off was very flexible which was really appreciated!

Picked up my puppy today and I was so happy to be reunited with her. Gerard sent pictures and videos of her to me while we were gone and that really helped seeing she was having a good time. thank you Gerard

Penny is awesome and always treats Ratchet like her own. He loves going there and has a blast walking around the neighborhood and going to the dog park.

Desirae looked after our puppy and I have no complaints. She updated me daily and even got him out of the house for a walk/dog park. He came home happy and healthy so that's all I'd ask for :)

Highly recommend! Michael and Jessica provided regular update and were very attentive to my dog’s particular needs. I could tell from the photos how happy he was and my only Concern was whether he would be happy to see me again 😆.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the amazing care Alexis gave our Australian Shepherd, Dooley, while we were away for nine days. From the moment we booked with her, Alexis went above and beyond in every way. She stayed in constant contact, sending daily updates, sweet pictures, and thoughtful notes that gave us total peace of mind. This was our first Rover experience (we normally board him at the veterinarian office, but no availability). Dooley can be a little particular, but he clearly felt right at home and thrived under her care. Alexis kept his routine, made sure he got plenty of love and activity, and treated him like one of her own. She even made a personalized Father’s Day video from Dooley to my husband—such an incredibly thoughtful surprise that meant the world to us! Alexis is responsible, kind, communicative, and clearly a natural with animals. We are beyond pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier pet care. Paige was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and sweet to our Tilly, and our pup had the absolute best time at Paige’s house! She was super communicative and so helpful, and I would book her again for sure! If you’re lucky enough to have Paige watch your doggie(s), they’ll come home happy!
