Dog Boarding in New Castle

This was the first time I used Rover and it was great. Xander took great care of my dog Max. He looked great when I picked him up and was happy. I will recommend Rover and Xander to others.

Haylie set up a meet and greet so that we could meet her and her dogs which was very enjoyable and encouraging . While we were gone, she was so responsive and provided videos and pictures which helped me relax and enjoy my time away from Seeley! I appreciated so much how she sent pictures without me even having to ask. I was so nervous leaving him, but she helped put me at ease. I would definitely leave Seeley in her care again.

Samantha kept us updated with pictures everyday which made us feel a lot better knowing our dog was ok and in good care. She has a very big fenced in back yard for dogs to play. I would definitely recommend her, and if we ever need a dog sitter again we will be repeat customers.

This was the 1st time I needed to board my dog for an extended period (4 weeks). I needed it to be by a reputable company that would vet their people & make me feel safe leaving her. I found everything I needed with Rover. Penny was remarkable!! She appeared to have built her ho.e & life around caring for other people's dogs!! Khloe was loved, petted. Taken on walks, taken to the digital park, protected, and cared for as if she actually belonged to Penny. I saw this when.I first met Penny, when I dropped Khloe off, as well as when I picked her up!!! I am a senior citizen who may need Penny's services again during my aging process, and I will have NO anxiety about using Rover again as long as I am assigned to have Penny!!! She was and is my only choice to take care of my Khloe and any other dog that might be in my future!!!! THANK YOU PENNY & ROVER ❣️❣️❣️❣️

We booked a bucket list vacation months ago and our dog RC stayed with Gerard again while we were gone. Our high energy boy injured a back foot toenail a couple days before we left, it didn’t seem that serious at the time. But of course it got worse. Gerard went above and beyond helping us with video and photos every day, those videos and photos we used to send to our veterinarian and provide us with an opportunity to have a virtual office visit with our vet. Gerard even drove to their office to pickup medication and administer it to RC! Without his compassion and dedication to our pet, our long awaited vacation would have been cut short He’s an amazing sitter and everyone should trust him completely. We cannot speak highly enough about his care for our pet. Thank you Gerard

Bobbie was incredibly accommodating and so incredibly nice! We felt secure leaving our sweet, shy, scared of his own shadow pup with her. She provided updates every day as to how he was doing. I 100% recommend her!!

Freddy got to stay with Julie for a few days and I can tell he had a really good time. He was pretty tired when he got home and I know it’s because he met friends to play with and chase squirrels. Julie took very good care of Freddy and he’s looking forward to his next visit with her.

What a great host! My dog got along with hers great. The property has a large fence and my dog came back healthy and excited. Many updates with pictures were provided throughout his stay. If I have the opportunity, I would love to book her again.

This was a 1 day extension we made to a 10 day vacation. Britny was flexible and had no problem adding this one additional day onto our vacation. Lila our dog is looking forward to staying with Britny again during our next trip.

Kari and Clint were great! They are friendly and easygoing and you can really tell they enjoy caring for their furry friends! They communicated with us the entire time and I could tell my pup was enjoying his self as well! We have a pup and they even worked with him on potty training. They really exceeded our expectations and will use them anytime!

Lucky and I had a fantastic experience with Steve! This was my first time booking an overnight sitter for Lucky, so I was a little nervous at first. However, Steve immediately put my mind at ease with his warm, professional demeanor. He was super responsive, and I appreciate the updates I sent. Will definitely be booking with him again!

Monika clearly loves dogs. She stayed home with my two pups the whole weekend that they stayed with her. She was very good about familiarizing herself with their routines, food requirements, potty requirements, etc. before the boarding. I received several photo updates while they were with her and they clearly enjoyed themselves out in her yard and lounging with her on her comfy couches. I highly recommend Monika for your dog boarding needs! Thank you!

Laurie was amazing in accommodating our elderly dog and her quirks. We can’t say enough nice things about Laurie!

Alexis was great, she took such good care of our dog Sally! I highly recommend her, she sent us updates and photos regularly! Your fur baby will be in good hands with Alexis!

Jen took really great care of our dog who needed to have his medicine on time. I could really tell she took great care of him and let us know how he was doing with her while we were away! I felt confident in her care of Rusty while away and that he would get the care he needed. Definitely will be booking with her again.

Another excellent experience with Gabriel. He was willing to accommodate the special schedule arrangements we needed and again provided excellent care.

Paige was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and sweet to our Tilly, and our pup had the absolute best time at Paige’s house! She was super communicative and so helpful, and I would book her again for sure! If you’re lucky enough to have Paige watch your doggie(s), they’ll come home happy!
