What began as a week-and-a-half pet sit extended into over three weeks due to a new job opportunity and a cross-country move. Throughout this entire period, Sam's support was invaluable. Sam's dedication to his role was evident in every interaction. He was not only a great communicator but also incredibly patient with us as we adjusted and extended our bookings. He consistently sent daily and weekly updates, ensuring we were always in the loop about Topo's well-being.Caring for an elderly pet, especially one as attached as our "five-class clinger," requires a special touch, and Sam delivered with professionalism and compassion. He ensured Topo never felt lonely and provided her with the company and care she needed.
