Hannah is amazing! One of our cats is diabetic and needs insulin injections and has a special diet while the other is very shy and wary of new people. Hannah was super communicative and understood their needs so well. She worked with me throughout the stay to make any adjustments as needed. When you have a pet with medical needs, being able to have a stress free weekend away is the best compliment I could possibly give!

She did an amazing job of communicating before, during, & after the drop-in even when I wasn't able to promptly answer her. Janette even went above & beyond - going out on a limb to greet my very scared cats with treats!
