Dog Boarding in Richmond

Penny is awesome and always treats Ratchet like her own. He loves going there and has a blast walking around the neighborhood and going to the dog park.

She took great care of my two boxers. I would use her again .

I think Xander did a good job caring for my two dogs. They looked happy and clean when I picked them up which is saying a lot because they can get messy quickly when playing outside. My dog Theo has pretty bad anxiety and Penny was very shy when she arrived. When I came to drop them off and before I left the house, Xander had my Penny in his arms and I could tell that she would love getting his attention and cuddles. I also felt reassured by the fact that caring for dogs is Xander's main work now so they would be well looked after and not left alone for long hours. He also has backup support in the event that he needs to go out for anything. Communication was prompt in that I received timely responses whenever I contacted Xander. Answers to my questions were somewhat short/brief and I didn't get much detail at the end when asking about their stay. However, I believe they were well taken care of and that is really the most important thing to any pet owner. Xander was also flexible which was a huge help after coming back on a very late night flight. All in all, I would highly recommend his services to others! Gabriel was great with Howie. It was a last minute booking and he was very accommodating. Heading pictures and updates and had a big yard for Howie to play. Thanks for taking such good care of Howie!

Amazing woman and dog sitter! Lydia has a long history of fostering dogs and was very communicative during our trip with pictures and updates. I could tell she really cared about our pups and treated them like her own! Would highly recommend!

Harley and Wyatt had a fabulous stay at Pam and Ted's home. She provided daily pictures and updates which we really appreciated. We had a great vacations and did not worry at all about our boys being taken care of. They were in great hands. We will definitely use their services again! Great experience!

We could not have asked for a more amazing dogsitter than Samantha! She was so thoughtful and sent us daily updates and photos of our pup - I think our pup was sad to leave! Would recommend Samantha 100%!!!
