Bayley did a great job taking care of our cats while we were out of town! She followed all the instructions on our guide, sent proof-of-life pictures on every drop-in, and consistently communicated about the timing of her visits. It was such a relief to know our fur babies were in good hands so we could enjoy our trip :)

Emilia communicated with me extremely well during the booking. Despite having some changes to her schedule/availability during that period, she always made sure I knew of them ahead of time. When she couldn’t make it for the entirety of one of her drop-ins, she immediately reached out to Rover and I was able to receive a refund. I would definitely use her again.
