I am also a Rover sitter, so I take a lot of pride in my work caring for people's fur babies. Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful with my senior cat Kal. She was so helpful in helping calm my anxiety. In the middle of my trip, I received word that our power had gone out. I was quite worried about Kal having access to food and water, as we had electric fountains and an electric automatic feeder in place before we left. This goes to you how imperative it is to have minimum DAILY check ins on your fur babies when you are away. Anything can happen! Elizabeth took extra time and care to make sure that Kal had everything that he needed in the middle of a power outage, in addition to love and attention. Andrew was great with Claire! He let me know when he was over there and would send me pics of her when he would visit. He is very responsive and prompt.
