Dog Boarding in Spiceland

Christopher was wonderful to work with! It was our first time boarding Lenny, and we were so nervous to leave him! We were able to do a meet and greet before we accepted him as a host which was helpful. During the stay Christopher sent updates, pictures, and videos daily. He works from home so was able to let him roam freely vs putting him in his cage. There’s also a fenced in yard for running and playtime! We will absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone else looking to board!

Brook and Cameron are great! My dog loved it here and playing with their sweet dogs all weekend. She took full advantage of the huge yard they have. It made leaving my dog all weekend so much easier knowing how much fun she was having with them. She was treated like royalty. They took pictures and sent updates regularly and were very flexible with my schedule. Will definitely recommended to friends and use again!

We usually board our dogs at large facilities, but turned to Rover when we needed last-minute care this weekend. It was a great experience. Our dogs were safe and happy while we were gone, and we really appreciated the daily updates that Kari provided.

What a great host! My dog got along with hers great. The property has a large fence and my dog came back healthy and excited. Many updates with pictures were provided throughout his stay. If I have the opportunity, I would love to book her again.

My dog totally enjoyed her time with Jennifer. Jennifer was able to work with her on walking on her hardwood floors as she was not familiar with them. Just knowing that extra step in helping her feel more comfortable in her home means a lot to me.

My first using this app and first time leaving my dog with a stranger and with other dogs. Jonathon was amazing from start to finish. I received, messages, photos and videos to ease my anxiety. He was amazing and validated my assurance when he made sure my dog was comfortable with his dogs before I left. I give Jonathon a 10/10 and wish he could be my permanent sitter.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the amazing care Alexis gave our Australian Shepherd, Dooley, while we were away for nine days. From the moment we booked with her, Alexis went above and beyond in every way. She stayed in constant contact, sending daily updates, sweet pictures, and thoughtful notes that gave us total peace of mind. This was our first Rover experience (we normally board him at the veterinarian office, but no availability). Dooley can be a little particular, but he clearly felt right at home and thrived under her care. Alexis kept his routine, made sure he got plenty of love and activity, and treated him like one of her own. She even made a personalized Father’s Day video from Dooley to my husband—such an incredibly thoughtful surprise that meant the world to us! Alexis is responsible, kind, communicative, and clearly a natural with animals. We are beyond pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier pet care. Olivia was so great for our 4 month old rottweiler puppy! She took excellent care of him and we were able to have peace of mind on our work trip knowing he was in such great care! We will definitely be using Olivia in the future! She kept us updated on how he was doing, sent pictures and video, we highly recommend her!!

Sandy & her family took great care of Blue on her first stay. She loved playing with the other dogs and is already looking forward to her next visit!

Kristan was a wonderful host to our pup! She was welcoming and listened to all concerns we had regarding our dog. Kristan had great communication with daily updates and photos. She was accommodating to our finnicky pup and I knew they were well taken care of. We look forward to using Kristan again in a few weeks for a much longer trip.

Our dog was boarded with Gena and her family for a few days and we loved it! What a loving, intelligent, experienced family with a nice set up for their guests. I could tell that our pup felt right at home and was well cared for. We look forward to having her visit again!

Jessica was beyond accommodating and understanding with Otto! She showed patience and thoughtfulness with how she navigated his temperament with her cat, Hashbrown, and provided all the updates I could have hoped for. You can tell she really cares for your pet! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for peace of mind with pet care needs.

Joe took great care of our dog while we were away for an extended trip. Our dog is a picky eater and even more so when we are away, but Joe made sure he was eating. He even made sure our dog was comfortable going up and down the steps in the house (Bassett hound with short legs). I will definitely consider rebooking with Joe when the need arises.
