Shanie sent pics of my cats on each of her visits, made sure they were fed and given some attention while I was gone, and was available for a last minute booking. Would definitely use her again!

We had such a great experience! Chyanne took amazing care of Winnie—making sure she was fed, happy, and got plenty of playtime and attention. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Winnie was in such good hands. You can truly tell she cares about the animals she looks after. Leanne was great with our 2 cats. I was able to text her while I was away, & that allowed me to enjoy my trip more because I knew the cats were being taken care of. The cats really loved her; our shy one came right up to her! She even gave them treats & brought in our mail. Great job!!

We had never used Liliana before, but we were really happy with how everything went. She was very professional from the start and took the time to meet with us and the cats ahead of the visits, which immediately made us feel comfortable. She was thorough during each drop-in and handled everything we asked for without any issues. Her updates were thoughtful and detailed, and we really appreciated the photos and notes about how the cats were doing each time she stopped by. Overall, it was a great experience. We felt confident leaving our cats in her care and would definitely use her again in the future.
