Melanie did a great job with our animals while we were away despite a number of unexpected challenges that happened (huge snowstorm, malfunctioning automatic doors for our animals, etc). We were out of the country and it was such a relief to know we had someone here we could totally trust to take care of our animals. Been very pleased with Alexis. My dogs seem to like her very much she’s there when she said she’s gonna be there. It’s been a big help when I work. I’m gone 13 1/2 hours a day so she comes over midday and let them out so they can go to the bathroom. I have a 14 year-old dog that needs to use the bathroom more frequently now and a three-year-old that I just got who was used to having someone home all the time. Would highly recommend her.

Emily has helped us with potty breaks for years now and we are so grateful for her. The dogs are always calm and happy when she has cared for them.
