Janelle was fantastic! She took great care of our pets and gave updates daily so we knew things were going smoothly. Cannot recommend her enough!

Casey is wonderful! She's so great with our dogs. It really takes a lot of stress off knowing that Casey is taking care of them as well as we do while we're not around.

Nick is a conscientious, caring and playful pet caregiver. He was very communicative while he looked after our little ones and provided updates on their behavior including pictures that reassured us. He cleaned up after the pets so I returned home as I left it. I highly recommend Nick who is a trustworthy and kind person.

Sarah did a great job while we were on vacation. She sent regular updates and pictures, took Maui to daycare. We came home and the dogs were happy! That’s all we could ask for! Would definitely recommend!

Lydia was a gem! She was so sweet and our boys loved her! Loved that she kept us updated and sent so many pictures! Will definitely use her again!

Rachel was very patient and kind with caring for our cat and senior dog. She even carried him in his harness 4 times per day for his walks in the snowy cold weather! She also gave great updates throughout the day.

LeeAna is so sweet and attentive. She followed all the instructions and i could just tell my pups were well taken care of and happy when we got back. She was respectful of my home and i would recommend her to anyone!

Angela was the perfect sitter for our two pups! She took the time to come meet them before the stay (they loved her!), she communicated well with picture and video updates, and she was flexible with arrive and departure times. Debra took good care of both my cats and was available during all 4 of their meal times. She played with them and made sure they and the home was clean. She shared pictures of every visit and gave nice updates about each day. Thank you so much for taking care of them!!

We were extremely happy with Bethanie’s care at our house of our precious dog, Walter. I met with Bethanie a few weeks before to make sure she would be a good fit and I found that meeting very helpful and reassuring. We were going to Italy for two weeks so it was important to get to know each other in advance of our trip! Bethanie was a great communicator before and during our trip and took excellent care of Walter! She sent us photos while we were gone which was great. Bethanie picked up our mail and watered our plants and left our house very neat and tidy too! We would highly recommend Bethanie!

We are repeat customers with Nicholas and I wouldn’t have anyone else take care of our pups! In addition, Nicholas took care of our home, received packages, and left our home cleaner than how it was left: Nicholas is the best, our dogs LOVE him and we wouldn’t use anyone else! We appreciate Nicholas so much!

This was our very first time using Rover and Jamie was the best sitter we could have asked for! She asked such thoughtful questions during our meet and greet and our little Yorkie, Rani, though shy with most others, was happy to meet and play with her. For her overnight stay at our place, she arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule, which gave me plenty of time to show her around our building/apartment and get her up to speed on Rani's schedule. She also immediately started playing with Rani and engaging her, so it was much easier for us to leave (and right on time!). She was respectful of our place and with lots of photo and text updates, we knew that Rani was having a blast -- lots of snuggles and playtime! She even ate all her food with Jamie (though she's a picky eater) and went potty on schedule (no accidents!). When we arrived the next evening, Rani was, of course, excited to see us, but even more playful with Jamie! It made us feel like she had been well taken care of and loved, as if she was one of Jamie's own pets. A phenomenal sitter and human and 10/10 would work with again and recommend to other first-time Rover users!

Mya was so accommodating. She sent pictures and updates daily and whenever she had a question she would text us. We really appreciated that. She did everything we asked her to do and more.
