Dog Boarding in Yorktown

Adrianne was great! She was very thorough and detail-oriented; making sure to have everything she needed to take care of our pup. Bella looked like she was having a blast with Adrianne's family from the frequent photo updates we received. We were very impressed by how organized and communicative she was. It made a big difference to have peace of mind knowing that our little doggo was in good hands. Will definitely be booking with her again.

My dog, Chai T Latte, stayed with Sarah for a week. When we arrived to pick him up he acted protective of her, which let me know he liked her. He was very excited to come home. He did smell different, but when you leave your dog at someone else’s house for an extended period of time, it happens. It wasnt a surprise to me. A quick bath and he was back to smelling like himself. He is a white dog and came home looking the same as he did when I dropped him off 7 days before. He had a few spots of dirt, but she walked him and it was snowy/rainy. Again - not a big deal. I am glad she made sure he got exercise and attention. I told her the commands he knew and he came home still obedient. He was fed, loved, exercised, and cared for while we were gone and I appreciate that. Knowing he wasn’t locked in a kennel brought me joy. This was the first time Chai was away for us for longer than a few nights. He acted a little weird the first night we got him back, but he didn’t know what had happened or why he had been with a stranger or why he was suddenly home again. The next morning he was back to acting like himself. I understand why people would give the reviews they did - but in experiencing similar things, it doesn’t feel that deep to me. Leave your dog with a family member if you can’t handle your dog smelling different or having a little dirt on them at the end of a stay. I love my dog very much. The earlier reviews made me nervous to leave him, but I am glad I did. Sarah cared for him and sent me updates when I texted her. I am happy overall.

Lucky and I had a fantastic experience with Steve! This was my first time booking an overnight sitter for Lucky, so I was a little nervous at first. However, Steve immediately put my mind at ease with his warm, professional demeanor. He was super responsive, and I appreciate the updates I sent. Will definitely be booking with him again!

We had a last-minute need for a sitter for our puppy, and Courtnie and her husband went above and beyond to help us out. They were flexible, communicative, and made the entire experience stress-free. It was obvious they truly love animals, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our puppy Ralphie was happy, safe, and well taken care of. We would 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future! We can’t thank you enough!!!!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the amazing care Alexis gave our Australian Shepherd, Dooley, while we were away for nine days. From the moment we booked with her, Alexis went above and beyond in every way. She stayed in constant contact, sending daily updates, sweet pictures, and thoughtful notes that gave us total peace of mind. This was our first Rover experience (we normally board him at the veterinarian office, but no availability). Dooley can be a little particular, but he clearly felt right at home and thrived under her care. Alexis kept his routine, made sure he got plenty of love and activity, and treated him like one of her own. She even made a personalized Father’s Day video from Dooley to my husband—such an incredibly thoughtful surprise that meant the world to us! Alexis is responsible, kind, communicative, and clearly a natural with animals. We are beyond pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier pet care. Gerard was Amazing! I knew that Gordy was in good hands and was so glad he was in a home for Christmas… We will definitely be booking with Gerard in the future 😁

Samantha kept us updated with pictures everyday which made us feel a lot better knowing our dog was ok and in good care. She has a very big fenced in back yard for dogs to play. I would definitely recommend her, and if we ever need a dog sitter again we will be repeat customers.

What a great host! My dog got along with hers great. The property has a large fence and my dog came back healthy and excited. Many updates with pictures were provided throughout his stay. If I have the opportunity, I would love to book her again.

Samantha and James were amazing! It was my first time boarding my dog, Milo, and they made me feel very comfortable. I was unsure how Milo would react with his first boarding experience and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, loved and less anxious. Samantha provided me with updates throughout the week including pictures which made me so happy! I really appreciate the time and detail they took to spend quality time with him and make him feel at home as best as they could! Definitely would recommend boarding with them!

Raleigh loved it at John’s home. He was happy and John was very kind and friendly. He sent us pictures and a video of Raleigh that left us feeling secure and feeling like he was in a safe place being well taken care of.

Bethany did an amazing job watching my cat, Annie! She was super reliable, kind, and gave Annie lots of attention and care. I could tell my cat was comfortable and well taken care of while I was away. I’d definitely trust Bethany again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a great pet sitter!
