April and her husband did a really good job of watching over my 1.5 year old big baby they would message me with updates and photos and would answer right back when I would ask something. I will be taking him back to them when I need a sitter again

Desirae looked after our puppy and I have no complaints. She updated me daily and even got him out of the house for a walk/dog park. He came home happy and healthy so that's all I'd ask for :)

Gabriel has watched our 10lb pup a few times and this last time he was available at the last minute! He takes good care of our princess and we appreciate this as it puts our mind at ease.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the amazing care Alexis gave our Australian Shepherd, Dooley, while we were away for nine days. From the moment we booked with her, Alexis went above and beyond in every way. She stayed in constant contact, sending daily updates, sweet pictures, and thoughtful notes that gave us total peace of mind. This was our first Rover experience (we normally board him at the veterinarian office, but no availability). Dooley can be a little particular, but he clearly felt right at home and thrived under her care. Alexis kept his routine, made sure he got plenty of love and activity, and treated him like one of her own. She even made a personalized Father’s Day video from Dooley to my husband—such an incredibly thoughtful surprise that meant the world to us! Alexis is responsible, kind, communicative, and clearly a natural with animals. We are beyond pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier pet care. Samantha kept us updated with pictures everyday which made us feel a lot better knowing our dog was ok and in good care. She has a very big fenced in back yard for dogs to play. I would definitely recommend her, and if we ever need a dog sitter again we will be repeat customers.

Bethany did an amazing job watching my cat, Annie! She was super reliable, kind, and gave Annie lots of attention and care. I could tell my cat was comfortable and well taken care of while I was away. I’d definitely trust Bethany again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a great pet sitter!

Picked up my puppy today and I was so happy to be reunited with her. Gerard sent pictures and videos of her to me while we were gone and that really helped seeing she was having a good time. thank you Gerard

Kylie was great and sent messages and pictures to update us on how our dog was doing. She was very responsive and helpful when we came back early to pick up before the snow storm. I would definitely book with Kylie again!

My dog, Chai T Latte, stayed with Sarah for a week. When we arrived to pick him up he acted protective of her, which let me know he liked her. He was very excited to come home. He did smell different, but when you leave your dog at someone else’s house for an extended period of time, it happens. It wasnt a surprise to me. A quick bath and he was back to smelling like himself. He is a white dog and came home looking the same as he did when I dropped him off 7 days before. He had a few spots of dirt, but she walked him and it was snowy/rainy. Again - not a big deal. I am glad she made sure he got exercise and attention. I told her the commands he knew and he came home still obedient. He was fed, loved, exercised, and cared for while we were gone and I appreciate that. Knowing he wasn’t locked in a kennel brought me joy. This was the first time Chai was away for us for longer than a few nights. He acted a little weird the first night we got him back, but he didn’t know what had happened or why he had been with a stranger or why he was suddenly home again. The next morning he was back to acting like himself. I understand why people would give the reviews they did - but in experiencing similar things, it doesn’t feel that deep to me. Leave your dog with a family member if you can’t handle your dog smelling different or having a little dirt on them at the end of a stay. I love my dog very much. The earlier reviews made me nervous to leave him, but I am glad I did. Sarah cared for him and sent me updates when I texted her. I am happy overall.

Brendan was great with our two dogs. Would book again 10/10. We have a senior dog and a 5-year old who are both scared of fireworks. Brendan watched them during the week leading into July 4 and put us totally at ease with his pleasant manner, good way with the dogs and great communication. Our flight home was delayed and he graciously kept the dogs a half-day longer than planned. Our pups were well-cared for! Definitely recommend. 👍👍

This was Sophie's third stay with John and we will definitely book again. John is caring and compassionate and we love having Sophie stay with him.
