Dog Boarding in Halstead

First time user for Rover and first time puppy sitting for Miss Ellie Mae. From our meet and greet we knew Keitel was a perfect match for Miss Ellie Mae. Her stay with Keitel was like her home away from home. She was well cared for. We enjoyed the pictures we received of Miss Ellie Mae. Thank You Keitel for making us first timers feel at ease!

Denali looked so happy and energetic when he was with Zhou. I recieved multiple pictures. He had playmates, went on walks, and space to run. I have already recommended Zhou to my mom and many of my friends and would also recommend him to anyone looking for a quality place for their dog.

Sasha was great with Lady and Daisy. She was very quick to respond with any questions and offered flexibility for us before and after our trip. We will be back again in the future

"We needed a sitter on short notice, and she was incredibly accommodating. She took the time to carefully introduce our dog to hers to ensure they were a good match, which we really appreciated. Our dog has special needs and a strict medication schedule, which she handled flawlessly while providing consistent updates. She was very kind and followed all care instructions to the letter. This was a successful trial run before a longer weekend stay, and we will definitely be booking her again!"

Layla had the best time with Aurora and her dogs! I received a few photo updates during her stay and I knew she was very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Aurora for a fun place for your puppy to stay!

Lilly loved on Toby as if he was her own dog. She has great communication skills, sent photos and videos, and was prompt in her responses. Toby has already asked to go back and see her again!

Kathy was amazing to work with. Had an initial meet and greet to make sure our Gus would get along with their dogs and that was very helpful. During his stay, she kept us up to speed with photos and notes of how Gus was doing. Since it was the first time away from him, she made this a very seamless process. Would highly recommend her! Just a great experience!

The "girls" did great with Ron- I was nervous about leaving them - as my 3 yr old Irish is very nervous about strangers. Took them by for an introduction to Ron before leaving them a few days later Ron said they did great- 3 yr old was a bit skidish but warmed up to Ron My older Setter never meets a stranger Both of the girls loved the big back yard

We had our 11 week old German Shepherd puppy only a week before having to go out of town and nervous to leave him. He had been missing his mama, daddy, and two brothers badly and had grown very attached to us in a short time. That made the prospect of leaving him worse. I had never heard of rover.com but what a blessing it was!! It was so simple to use and the immediate response and communication was awesome! Meghan, Kenny and their kids were amazing with our hesitant Boomer. The texts and photos were wonderful to put our mind at ease. We had this picture in our minds that dogs are on their kennels from drop off to pick up. That couldn't have been further from our experience with Meghan and Kenny. Boomer was asleep on the couch in one photo, running in the backyard in another, and multiple photos of him lounging with the kids. He was happy. We were happy. We have two more upcoming trips coming up and won't hesitate to reach back out!!! Maybe even just a night to catch up on much needed sleep. Puppies don't sleep all night. Lol. Thanks Meghan, Kenny, and Kids!!

We would give Kylie 10 stars if we could! She was quick to help us in a situation where we needed a last minute dog sitter. She went above and beyond to help us! She sent daily photos of our dog which was a highlight. It was very evident in the pictures how happy our dog was in her care. 10/10 we would recommend Kylie if you’re looking for someone to love your pets as much as you do while you’re away.

They do great with our dog. Also appreciate how open they are over holidays.

The dogs loved her place! Huge fenced in yard and lots of room to play. We got photos and updates! Very happy with the stay and will stay again!

This was our first time using Rover, and Dennis made the experience very easy. We appreciated him offering a meetup ahead of time to introduce our dog to his dogs. He treated our dog like a member of his own family. We would not hesitate to book again with him!

Sam was great!! So communicative and she sent lots of pics and updates while we were gone. Our pups were well taken care of and got lots of playtime and attention.

Johemy was awesome! Loved the photos throughout each day and little kites that she would include to let me know how Mei Mei was adjusting. 10/10 experience and would book again.

From my very first interaction with her, I could tell Naomi was very compassionate, outgoing and genuinely loves what she does. Upon meeting her, that was even further confirmed. Naomi was super responsive to my request and accommodated a late drop-off without any issues. We hadn’t boarded in a while, and I really missed my Muggsy while away. Naomi made sure to keep me posted during his stay with regular check-ins, that included pictures, and videos. I could tell he was having a great time because they were always playing or lounging and peacefully contented, which helped to put my mind at ease. My pup returned home happy, so I know he was well cared for. I asked if he had fun with Naomi and he got so excited and just smiled! I highly recommend Naomi and won’t hesitate to use her again for future trips.

Absolutely love how flexible and understanding Kate was with my last minute changes. My puppy had a great time and he was well taken care of, socialized and provided with lots of fun and playtime! As much as I hate leaving him, I will feel much better if it's with her.
