Dog Boarding in Lawrence

Steve is always the best. Rory doesn't hesitate when he arrives at Steve's place, jumps out of the car and heads right to the door to go inside. Can't ask for much more as a pet owner to see that before you leave them.

Colter was a very good sitter for our dogs. Sometimes everything goes great with boarding and other times there could be issues. In this case, we had some minor trouble as it sounds like one of our dogs was unexpectedly resource guarding and had an aggressive moment with Colter's dog after the first few days. No one was hurt and Colter was very communicative while seeking my feedback on how to resolve the incident. He provided helpful updates and worked to reintroduce the dogs. After that, Colter said everyone got along and played together for the remainder of the stay. I'm grateful he gave our dogs a second chance and continued the stay while we were out of town. He took our dogs for daily walks and gave them lots of attention while he cares for them. Overall, Colter was a calm and professional host and I recommend his services.

Kathi was awesome and so was her little Frenchie. My boy was high energy and not the easiest at first but she was patient and let him settle in and warm up. We were lucky to find someone that we could really trust and we knew Frankie was being taken care of.

Lauren was amazing with our puppy! She communicated so well, sending pics and updates, and treated our puppy to a great stay while we had to go out of town for a couple days. Thank you, Lauren!!

This was the second time we used Cheryl's services for our dog, Maxine, and it was another fantastic experience. Cheryl clearly loves animals and was diligent in sending sweet pictures of Maxine every day. Since it was a relatively long stay, I was so glad that Maxine was in a loving and comfortable home instead of a kennel.

We had to leave our dog Lili for 3 weeks while we were away, and after much searching, we chose Petra, and we don't regret it. Lili spent 3 weeks with Petra and her husband at their property located in the forest. Despite the problems our dog caused, Petra showed great understanding. She is a person who gives off a calming vibe, and I honestly think our dog missed her and her husband after returning to us.

Carissa took great care of my dog. We had a meet & greet prior which made me feel more comfortable- this was the first time I had been away from this dog because I adopted her during the lockdown. She sent me pictures during my time away which I really enjoyed receiving. I would definitely trust her to care for my dog again.

Regan was communicative, sent us daily updates and photos, and our dog had fun playing with her dog. We appreciated that she took the time to introduce them slowly and to meet Sam ahead of his stay with her. She was also flexible when we had slight delays.

Melanie and Sam were great to our dogs. We were so nervous leaving them for the first time since Nio was adopted last November. They’re really great dogs and Melanie’s house was the perfect spot for them. Thank you!!

Great team! Both husband and wife clearly love taking care of pets. Excellent communication and care. First time using their services, 2nd time using Rover. Peace of mind rating is 110% from the get go working with these folks, never once did I worry that our pup was missing us at all! Pepper was happy to see us and happy to be back home but you can tell she had a great time while we were doing boring stuff like fishing and 5 hour ATV rides in the Rockies for a week. Book these guys, clearly love what they do and do what they say. I’d give 6 stars if it went that high.

Megan and her family were the perfect match for our dog Scooby. She was very caring and attentive, and went above and beyond helping us with some meds I had to ship to her while I was away. Even sent Scooby home with some homemade dog treats! Will definitely book again and highly recommend her.

Woody had the best time at Elizabeth and Christopher’s home. They took such good care of our little old puppy. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

Nicole was very responsive when communicating. She was very easy to work with and welcoming for our meet and greet and during drop off/pick up. Nicole updated us with sweet pictures and videos. Her accommodations were organized and clean and best of all had a huge fenced in backyard for our dog to run around in. We highly recommend her and will likely use her again in the future.

Ranger had a GREAT stay with Michele & family. He made a couple of new fur-friends and seemed very happy & comfortable in all of the many photos/updates Michele provided. She will be our first choice for any future needs!

This was my first time using Erin and I could not have has a better experience! I am a very anxious dog dad, and my dog Ellwood is a large senior who has some special needs and Erin made sure he received great care and provided me with many updates! Could not recommend Erin enough!

Mo took excellent care of our dog Oakley while we were out of town for almost 2 weeeks. She sends a lot of pictures/videos and updates everyday. Excellent communication and gives you comfort when you have to be away from your pets. Oakley seemed happy, clean and well taken care of when we picked her up. Would definitely book with her again!

It was so good knowing our dog was being well cared for by Tamber! She took her on walks and sent short videos and some photos along with her daily updates. I would confidently leave Aspen with Tamber again!
